About 3/4 of my 7800 games have the hanger tab, so I don't think that they all came with them. I think the hang tab was maybe equipped by store owners and not by the factory ... btw.: if you search a good place to sell, buy, trade or search videogames 100% free (without high ebay fees...) than check http://www.sealedgameauctions.com

Also, what i don't get: http://files.sealedgameheaven.com/grading/address.php?id=2 Condition comments : : perfect seal wrapping. : : no holes, rips or tears. : : one small wave. and http://files.sealedgameheaven.com/grading/address.php?id=3 Condition comments : perfect seal wrapping. : no holes, rips or tears. : one small wave. one is graded 86% (85-89%) and the other one 92% (90-94%). So why is one graded higher than the other one while they both seem to be in the same condition ? good question! there was just missing a simple note ! thank you!

How can you confirm whether the game has been resealed or original seal? there are a lot of individual marks for every seal wrapping!
