  1. Hi guys, it's been a long, long time since I posted. I've been thinking about these "Rushed" games that came out and looked nothing like the arcade version. Pac-Man most dominately. When my brother and I got our Atari 2600, Pac-Man had just came out. I was born in 77 so I was like 6 probably. We talked our folks into getting us Pacman. Back then, we were totally thrilled. It didn't matter a bit if the game didn't look like the arcade.. We didn't know any better. Seems like alot of the games we enjoyed are rather unpopular now, but they still have a place in my heart. Pacman E.T. Word Zapper Sneak n Peek Space Jockey These are some of the games I recall were great for us back in the day but get some poor reviews now days. We did end up with some truly good games too though. Kaboom, Adventure, Spider Figher come to mind. Just thought I'd share..
  2. I'm specifically looking for Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise.. Either full or upgrade. If you have Professional let me know too an we'll talk. Must be a legal version, no pirates please. Let me know what you have and I'll let you know what I have to offer.
  3. Lets try this once more. . I know the Guitar will cost much more than my Games I have to offer (Though I could probably put together 600 or so spare games for sale). I will put in cash. This is a bump.
  4. I'm willing to offer cash along with stuff. I just figured it'd may be a way to save a couple hundred bucks and clean out some of my collections. I've allready got some fairly decent guitars but I'd like to find a really good one. I don't care if I have to chip in an extra 500 bucks. Trading some games would just take a bit of the edge off.
  5. By the way, I also have probably over 100 nintendo power magazines. And so much more i'll be listing one of these days.
  6. I've made this offer before.. But I'd like to try again. I'm looking for an Acoustic or Acoustic Electric guitar. I'd like either a Taylor, Martin(Not Sigma) or Gibson. I can add cash to the trade if I don't have enought stuff to cover. I have tons of stuff for trade.. I have a large 5200 collection with extra working sticks and a 4 port system. I have a nearly complete 7800 collection, missing maybe 3 or 4 games, I've allready picked up all the rarest games (Water Ski, Tank Command, Mean 18 (Thought I'm not sure but it could be PAL but I bought it in Canada). Over 50% of the collection is boxed. I've also got Nintendo Games, Atari 2600 Games, Genesis Games and Systems, Atari Systems, Nintendo Systems, a large Super NES collection with system. Let me know if you have any offers and I'll let you know what I have in return.
  7. The officer actually mentioned that, she said since the goods are spread out among so many people it would be hard to prosecute, and it's much cheaper to try and get the stuff shipped. Pooyan's original intentions though wasn't to cheat us, he got into a situation where he took on too many trades then other things arrised where he couldn't afford to ship them. I believe he even had some packages boxed up but wasn't able to ship them. It was his fault, but the motives weren't crooked, just dumb decisision making I think.
  8. Hi, this is Joel Park. I've kind of picked up the helm for Lonesome Pa, on the Joe Rodd trade. Lonesome's been kind I called the officer today, (she's a very nice lady by the way). She's really dissapointed that Pooyan (Joe Rodd) didn't send our stuff out. She apparently shipped Lonesome's stuff herself. She's been trying to get a hold of Pooyan but he's never home. She's apparently been to his house/apartment a few times but he's never there either. She works day shift all this week, she's going to try some more actions. It doesn't sound like she's just dissing us because it's such a silly case. They just haven't got through to Rodd yet. I gave her my phone number with an answering machine so I'll be sure to hear from her if she calls.
  9. No problem, I didnt' catch your post soon enough. No prob, thanks for checking it out though.
  10. My brother and I decided to pick up one of those old school tyco slot race tracks a little while back at a yard sale, it was magic reliving a little bit of our childhood. Now I'm looking for additonal cars or aditional sets, I know there were two different sizes of cars at least, the cars I need are about the size of a normal match-box or hotwheels car. they have the copper spring-loaded pickups on the bottom. If anyone has any old race tracks like this, especially the cars, I would trade many wonderful things for them. I have Atari 2600 Atari 7800 Atari 5200 SNES NES Genesis (Games and Systems, Also a gun -and the game for it Lethal Enforcers-) Sega Master (System and 3 games with gun) Lots of other stuff too, let me know if you can help me out PM or Post here.
  11. I got my package today. I'm sorry I didn't post on this thread earlier, I've been kind of away from Atari age on the most part. I'm really, incredibly happy with the package I recieved. Mr. Fish, I salute you. I hated to see everyone chewing you apart on this thread. I hope you can get back up and running soon. Thanks for everything, Later, Joel
  12. There was a commodore 64 version as well.
  13. Thanks!! I found the post you were talking about. I don't watch the forums like I used to, so I missed that. Joel.
  14. I missed out on the Berzerk Talking Carts, I see they are sold out of the store. Are they going to be sold again??
  15. Yes, I too want to thank Lonesome PA. I'm really happy with the way this is turning out, especially since the games were all packaged up allready. That means anything on my list I was supposed to get is going to be in there, even if I had forgotten about it. It's going to be like a Christmas present. It's also good to see that the stuff was packaged up, that means he hadn't intended on cheating us, it just turned out that way.
  16. Here's what I'm looking for: I'll instant message you too. Joel D. Park 510 Hutton Rd. Oakland, MD 21550 YOU get: The THIRTEEN NES games from your want list + Tomarc 2600. (It plays and looks just dandy, just a bit murky lable, and of COURSE it's 2600 man...) Cpt. Planet Pool of Radiance Cabal Ghost Lion Strider F~15 City War Stinger Zoda's Revenge Wheel Fortune Vanna Champion Bowling Burgertime Krusty's Funhouse Crystalis
  17. What I have is a Pit-Fighter pcb, the start button is part of the Thrid player's controls. My Jamma cabinet only supports player 1 and 2, I was hoping that I could just build a single button into this socket for starting the game but it doesn't seem to work. I tried the cross over but it didn't seem to press the button, do the buttons need power or something coming into them as well?? I may have just not got a good connection.
  18. I have an 11 pin connector like this, on a PCB on an Arcade Game. (This should probably go in Arcade stuff, but I hoped for a response before I go home after work). 11| N/C 10| N/C 9 | Jump & Start 8 | Kick 7 | N/C 6 | Punch 5 | Left 4 | Right 3 | Up 2 | Down 1 | GND To activate any one of the switches, all I should have to do is connect them to the Ground?? Is that correct?? For example, if I want to press the Kick button, all I would do is connect pin 8 to pin 1 and it would be just like pressing kick??
  19. I've looked on the internet for these and can't find them. I need: Pit-Fighter Squash Cobra Command (Not the lazer disc game, a cheesy helicopter game). Anyone have these??
  20. That looks simple enough, I'll check it out when I get home from work tonight. Thanks for the tip. I'm glad I didn't just start taking things apart.
  21. I have a superman arcade standup, actually the cabinet says Mappy on the back, so that may have been the original game. I was wondering how you access the joysticks on an arcade cabinet. Does it flip up or something.. I shouldn't have to take the monitor out or anything, right?? Thanks, Joel
  22. This seems to be all good. The tag button only tags, nothing else, so it's all good.. The main event is a neat game by the way.
  23. Bumparoo! Wow, I was sure some of you guys had paintball gear to get rid of.
  24. I have a Taito Superman arcade cabinet (I've had it a long time) and game and I just reciently learned what Jamma meant, and got my first new board to try in my Cabinet.. It was The Main Event wrestling, and it just worked, I'm pretty happy at this point. I just tried it out at lunch so I didn't have alot of time to mess with it. I noticed one of the buttons for my players don't really do anything, after looking at the wireing diagram on the net, it seems to be a TAG button, has anyone played this game and know if the TAG button does anything else other than TAG, that may be why it seems dead.. I don't go home for another 3 hours and I was just curious if my Jamma harness was missing a button or something.
