Old school computers doing "Bohemian Rhapsody"
Brad2600 posted a topic in Classic Console Discussion
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ht96HJ01SE4&feature=player_embedded Just thought this was cool and not sure if it's been posted yet or not. There's an Atari computer seen in it as well. Very neat! -
Wow, just wow. I want to comment on how awesome the past few months have been. They have literally been eye-opening. My level of consciousness continues to increase and as a result, new doors open almost effortlessly. Take for example, the radio show thing. I have been thinking about doing a radio show for years upon years. Only now, have I harnessed the energy to make it happen. I knew it was going to happen before I found out. I knew that I had hit all the right buttons, so to speak. Compared to one year ago, I am much better off in general. You have the power to find that energy within and harness it. You have the power to open doors that you may have thought were impossible to open. I believe that in times of chaos, it is important to keep your chin up. Do not fall for the trap of believing that this financial crisis was an "accident". Do not fall into the trap of rioting or lashing out violently, as that is what the powers-that-be want you to do. Keep your chin up and keep yourself busy. Spread love and light because that is the "easiest" thing you can do. Remember, we all have the power to shape our future. We can have a future free of fear or a future full of fear. What's it going to be for you? I chose a future free of fear.

WE HAVE A WINNAH! Seriously, I completely agree with and endorse everything he just said. Developers... don't make a game that will pain us. Here we are now, entertain us! I third this notion. I don't want a game that's going to frustrate the hell out of me either. Games are supposed to be fun.

Almost rented this today. I might still check it out.

What Xbox 360 game are you currently playing?
Brad2600 replied to moycon's topic in Microsoft Xbox 360
Grand Theft Auto 4 Rented Saint's Row (bleh), Mercenaries 2 (love it..gotta buy it) and TNA Impact (sucks). -
Wouldn't it make more sense to just put a HD into a Core unit? Can you even do that? Regardless, I will be entering my serial number later. I want to be able to use LIVE one of these days because I have friends that want to play against me. Heh.

Hints at the Xbox 360 sequel machine
Brad2600 replied to ComputerSpaceFan's topic in Microsoft Xbox 360
Well this is pretty stupid. I just bought a 360 not that long ago. I don't even have a fancy TV or LIVE and I can still enjoy my 360 the way I enjoy my PS2. -
Thanks for the recommendations. I will probably look at reviews of the games in question before I decide on what to rent.
-
Also, On the topic of GTAIV (but slightly off-topic still), does anyone know how to access the internet cafes within this game? I keep reading about them but can't figure out this part of the game.

I purchased a 360 a little over a week ago. I got the arcade version and before you even think about scolding me for it, it's a good start to owning a 360 and I'm certain that I'll want to upgrade down the road. Love GTAIV. I actually enjoy the missions in this game. I didn't like GTA:SA because of the RPG and other elements that made it too complicated. Can anyone recommend a good FPS? I see so many out there now (Bad Co., Call of Duty, etc) that I don't know where to start. I'm looking for something similar to Medal of Honor.

I love this game and I can't get through each day without playing at least a few minutes of it. The only thing I'd do away with is the police state, though it does add to the realism of the game. Graphics are just beautiful. Rented Saint's Row and not impressed at all with it.

http://www.chasethechuckwagon.com/item.cgi...item=0000010375 Need to raise money for textbooks for classes. Very nice system though and I'll throw in free shipping if you buy it instead of bidding on it.

Just thought I'd ask. I'm thinking about moving within a few months into a house with two or three other people closer to downtown. I'm thinking that I may need to sell off some of my game collection. I haven't sold games for a while online. Would anyone say that the market is stable enough for me to make a good return on my collection? I'm not really undecided. Feel free to move this thread if it seems to be in the wrong section.

Funny because they sent a message to me in the resolution center at paypal saying that they had refunded my money. If that were the case, would there be money in paypal for me to withdraw back to my bank account? I will ask my bank tomorrow but I'm highly suspicious. I cannot figure out how to re-open the claim either. This is really annoying though.

So, I bought a bicycle online from a seller called VMInnovations. They did not have the bicycle in stock and told me last week that they would send me a refund within 24 hours (this was on Thursday). I never received the refund. Filed a Paypal claim and contacted them. They told me they couldn't refund me until I closed the Paypal claim. Closed the claim yesterday. Still no refund. I'm getting really annoyed. If they don't send me a damn refund, I will re-open the claim. Ughh. I fucking hate EBay.

I honestly haven't played most of them. They've been sitting on my shelf forever. I'll be glad to keep them if no one wants them but I can also break up the lot for individual games.

It's probably a long shot, but I'm offering up games for the following: -Famicom games w/th adaptor I might add more games as I go along. As for pricing, just make an offer. I need to raise a bit of cash to eat and get to work until I get my first check next Friday. Again, make an offer. Email me if you want a better description of what the games are. Paypal preferred as I would like to get money as soon as possible. Thanks! Edit: C64 and Famicom games sold to ianoid. Edit: 800 games sold to midnight8
