I too, would like to re-ignite my passion for Atari. I have plenty of obstacles in the way of that, such as a collection in disorder (it really needs to be re-organized) and so many other things. I recently dropped a course because the stress was killing me (possibly literally as I've been sick lately) so I'm hoping to have more "me" time to do things I want, such as playing video games.

I'd buy both. I already want a 360 and hearing about the Wii makes me want one of those too. Price will always be a factor though.

Of course not. The 2 features are wholely unrelated. The fact that companies tend to piggy-back the region code into the copy-protection scheme means nothing. Indeed. Trivia: Do you know why companies are starting to ease up on the region locks? Better profits with no region locks?

Neither do I. I'm a soccer guy. Hey, how about Zidane Soccer '07? EA should be jumping over this one.

Atari 2600, 5200, and 7800 games to be downloadable on Wii?!

That's how I feel. All you punks have some growin' up to do. Get off my lawn! Agreed... ask anybody under 30 who the Smother Brothers are and you'll get a blank stare and maybe a "huh?". LOL! Thanks to my mom, I know who they are, along with Creedence Clearwater. -
I want to buy a 360 someday so I can play games like this. I know I'd like it for sure.

All someone has to do is start a site that follows the spirit of the old GameFAQs and make them available to all. If GameFAQs wants to bitch about it, fuck 'em. The internet should always be free whenever possible.

I'm calling up James Dobson. J/K

I know they're at least $40 new with disc included. Not that I'd be able to afford one anytime soon. I just have a PS2 game I'd like to try online just for the hell of it.
-
I am looking to purchase either. One is the PS2 Network Adaptor. It must be in good condition and have the boot-up disk. The other is a code device for the PS2. I am looking to play around with some of my games. If anyone has either for a decent price, let me know. I do not want to pay full retail for either and if you have used units that are in good shape and you can prove it (pictures), then I might consider it.

This sounds very cool. The price is attractive as well.

That's one of the most tasteless posts I've ever seen on here.

That plus 2 Grand Theft Auto games that he does not have. Let's hope he doesn't screw up while in there or else.
-
I collected the majority of the codes from recycling bins at work. I'm all done with it though. There's no more PS2s left as prizes. I actually got 2 of these and the 1st one I got I'm giving to my brother when he gets out of the slammer.

SOLD to Debro! Thanks!

They're almost free. Here's a good one for $32. Here's a cheap one that's probably just fine for $17. Kepone could probably buy his own by turning down the air conditioner for a few days, or cooking at home a bit more often. Whoa, whoa, whoa! It wasn't my idea for this auction. I'm not the one that went crying to Atari Charles because I didn't have a DVD burner. It simply started when he gave me a copy of his game and I informed him that there was no way I could play it, being that I don't have a DVD burner installed on my computer. That's all. This has nothing to do with air conditioning or eating out. I do not appreciate that comment. I normally do not accept charity or help from people, though there are a few kind folks on here who have helped me in some way or another in the past. However, what I do with my money is my problem. I'm not going to beg for money for anything. If someone wants to help me out by auctioning off something, that's a nice gesture. It's just not necessary. I've said my two cents here.

I think Rarity is just too hard to track most of the time. I sold games that I took a loss on because I got much less money per game (it was a lot of over 200 games) than what I paid to acquire those games. Price fluctations can't easily be predicted.

I grew up playing Atari with my dad and brother. We never took pictures but I can relate to many others.
