  3. Wow ! Merci beaucoup Hmmm my TV is ok with NTSC/PAL/SECAM... when i use a scart cable. But with Atari 2600 it's not the same plug (in french : "prise d'antenne"). That 's why i'm not sure ! Does your T.V have an RF input? http://www.hometheatermag.com/images/archivesart/1105hook.2.jpg If so it should work as long as you get one of these: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2123169 To watch TV i've got this : With french Atari 2600, i put cable into this too.

  9. Hello ! This is my french review for the Atari 7800 : Atari 7800 by me
  10. I think the scart/péritel video output only gives composite signal and not RGB signal. With RGB, the picture would have been perfect. With stereo, the sound would have been great. But it's only blurry composite and mono sound out of the scart/péritel. But this 7800 model is the best one you can dream of. PS: I've just found one for 15 euros from eBay France, in very good condition (it still has the plastic protection over the chromed parts !), and I'm very happy with it. Now, I can go back to my homebrew 2600 projects; I can test them easily on a big screen now. Thank for all informations My 7800 is in very good condition to (still with plastic protection ). Pal version is great, but can't play robotron with :(
  11. Ok, thank for your help Mitch ! Last question : Can i find all ntsc games in pal version ?
  12. Hello ! First, excuse me for my english ^^ I have some questions and i hope you can help me. 1. Atari 7800 with RGB scart are all PAL or can I find 7800 NTSC with ? 2. I have An Atari 7800 with RGB scart. It's a PAL system (i live in France) and i think my games run slow than the NTSC version. Is it true ? 3. If I play PAL 2600 games on my Pal 7800 system, the 2600 games will run with 8 colors ?? 4. Do you think I can play with a NTSC 7800 system on my Pal TV without RBG scart ?? 5. Finally, think you that 7800 pal is a less good machine than the version ntsc ? Thank a lot for your help ^^ Rob.
