Joystick repair kits (metal switches)
Bratwurst replied to thefunone's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Pictures? -
Lo and behold during a recent excursion into the attic I found a bag of my old Atari controllers, and need a cartridge of each game type to test the paddles. Got any copies (any title) in nice condition? Also I have two of the classic joysticks, but the white sticks inside are misshapen and one of them is missing the rubber boot covering. Do you guys have any replacement parts?

30% Cashback on Buy It Now's on eBay
Bratwurst replied to holygrailvideogames.com's topic in Auction Central
I just checked this and it still is working for me. It take about 70 days to get the money back but it does work. I got in last night and received confirmation my money was pending (within 60 days). This helps a lot on a purchase I was going to do anyway. Thanks for sharing. -
I just completed a transaction with Crazytoy and he kept me informed the whole time about the shipments and such, I was quite pleased as a buyer.

Paid for a Hyperscan card and got it in the mail today. Thanks Boog!

For the early Genesis games the system will boot the software in its hard-wired region. Shouldn't make a permanent change though.
-
Some of the early black box Genesis games used dual-region roms and you can access the Japanese side by booting with a Game Genie code. Sometimes the Jap version comes up through a random miracle of mixed data bits by one mishap or another (bumping the cartridge while running the game, yanking one cartridge out while the system still has power and sticking another cartridge in, etc.) Ghouls 'N Ghosts is a good example of this. My guess is the cartridge contacts needs to be cleaned really good and give it another try.

I have a loose Cybermorph I can let go for a couple bucks BUT ONLY IF YOU BUY THIS MAN'S JAGUAR
-
Since I just got a massive Jaguar lot from scratchy714 I've now got duplicates I should unload. $65 plus shipping. I've already packed it up and priority rate within the USA is going to average $11 to $14, it's roughly seven pounds. Here's what you get: Console with power plug, RF Switch and gamepad. Overall very nice shape. S-Video cable, custom made, doesn't come up very often. Alien vs. Predator w/ box and manual, no inner tray or overlays. DOOM, loose cart. Cybermorph, loose cart, original uncut 2MB version. I thoroughly cleaned and tested everything, and all three games have intact labels. I will not break the lot up at this time. PM me your zipcode and I will slip you a total with address to send Paypal to. Other payment options are possible.

Bought a Jaguar package from him and received it in a timely manner. Very polite over PMs as well.

Payment sent for Atari Jaguar lot. -
DiscountGames definitely has their place in the market, I've bought in bulk from them before with no issues. I'll even go so far to say that it's great your alternative to eBay is getting serious validation, but I feel there needs to be a way to distinguish offerings between the little guys and the big guys.

I hope your website allows filtering out auctions by seller usernames.
-
Just tell his retarded ass to contact eBay support to confirm that sellers can't see someone's maximum bid before the auction ends. When you get a customer writing long winded and convoluted inquiries, you have to be terse and and deflect responsibility for their hallucinations.
-
Wow, completely missed that.

Needhams has a driver package available on its website that enables the original DOS software to run on WinXP provided you go into fullscreen mode before activating the programmer. Great legacy programmers, those.

They're rubberized slip-on pieces called Power Grips, and mine will never be for sale!

Shipping is not included! PM me your zipcode and I will calculate shipping for you. $50 gets you a toaster deck with a card edge connector mounted inside instead of the standard ZIF slot. This baby essentially provides top loader reliability with composite video and audio quality. I made this about two years ago and have given it enough of a run testing cartridges as they came in via trades/sales to conclude it works just fine. No hookups or controllers included, just the deck. SOLD for a still sealed first party SNES controller. This is legit new old stock and the shrinkwrap is intact except for a small tear/flap on the backside. The controller is untouched however. Please note that the box art is different from what you typically see available on eBay. SOLD

PLEASE LOCK Turbo Grafx Flash Cart
Bratwurst replied to the.golden.ax's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
I'm really tempted to throw my hat in the ring here. I've got a PC Engine card converter (purple Barney style) but I don't see any recent history of them being sold on eBay. Any idea of the going rate for that? I wouldn't need it after I got one of these flash cards. -
Custom NES (60 to 72 Pin) Adapter Needed
Bratwurst replied to Tempest's topic in Classic Console Discussion
I think you're going to want to. I know if I was commissioned I would charge by the hour and this would be a 2 hour minimum job to make it look nice and work for a long time. -
