Both Sonic Advance games are a breeze to beat, but getting the chaos emeralds will prove to take a few weeks, guaranteed.

Looks like the liquid crystals might have leaked in that spot. As for the screen, I've never heard of replacement LCDs being easily found- just the protective plastic covers that pop off and can be swapped.

Oddly enough I love the smell of diesel fuel. Always reminds me of home.
You might appreciate the soybean additive available for diesel cars, it ends up smelling like movie theatre popcorn.

If someone does know how to do this though, I'd pay to have a copy of Earthbound for the NESI'm still looking for the proper donor cart that uses an MMC3 mapper and battery backup. Zelda 2, Dragon Warrior, etc. use a strange MMC1 variation.
I think Shadow Gate might work in this instance.@Tennis & AtariYoungin, Ask Bratwurst here on AA or over at Playnintendo.com, I beleive he's made some EPROM carts
Right now I'm looking to make copies of Recca (Japanese exclusive shooter), I have the roms split, just need to get a proper donor cart, again. Super Mario Bros. 3 supposedly works.

Not really because those labels are a PITA to remove.
I had read about that elsewhere on Atari Age. Text/Picture labels just soak up cleaning liquid better?

unfortunately one was Big Nose Freaks Out.
And I still haven't quite given up on it yet. One of these days I'm going to experiment some more with it and if I ever do get it working I'll send it right back.

Media mail is a joke, I always ship at least first class but then my items rarely exceed the size of a shoebox and weigh more than five pounds..
A trick I've learned is when you get delivery confirmation / insurance (no matter how much,) the postal employees -do- handle the packages more carefully. It's almost a Pavlov-ian reflex when they see it.

All these people keep bringing up Magical Chase but has anyone ever found a copy for sale at a reasonable price?

-
You have a pirate, with airbrush altered art from the Super Mario Bros 3 Japanese label. Mario would normally be in front.

What's the 2600 version play like, I've never seen it.
It's almost like Double Dragon.
If you could pick up River Raid II, how much would you want for it?What's a fair price for a loose copy with good label? I'll pick it up sometime this weekend and let you have it for a little less than it goes for just to cover my time/gas.

Lololo and Lalala were also in the original Gameboy Kirby game- Lolo happens to be a Hal Labs creation. Same as Kirby.

Play one a day.

For a buck you can't really go wrong. Some bad games are meant to be enjoyed via the merit of their badness.

The NES Adventure Islands were the same games as the SMS Wonderboys.Well, the first one was. After that they each went different ways with Wonderboy adopting a swords and fantasy type setting while Adventure Island perpetuated that tropical island dealie, along with riding pet animals.
Super Adventure Island II -did- feature swords, armor and shields though. Reminded me alot of Wonderboy when I first saw it.
-
If that ever happened to me I'd probably try to rig the original game rom back in with burned eeproms or something. Really irresponsible thing to do.

Wow. Boxed. I don't believe those pop up very often, it wouldn't surprise me if at the last minute this went into the hands of a serious collector and not some 0-1 feedback flunky.
PS. People who write marker on their carts suck.

A while ago it wasn't uncommon to buy a set for about 125, but prices fluctuate. I would say 75$ is fair market value, ebay just inflates everything.

Who here is getting an N-GAGE?

I was always curious- those games that come on MMC and wafer flashcards, can those be written over (accidental or intentional)?
