Ive been that guy plenty of times. Probably the most memorable was a box with sc3000 carts and some sms and nes carts. My better half had collected these at a thrift store and one of the people working there said they had reserved these for themselves, The better half proceeded in telling them to go to hell, slammed a 5er on the table and walked out, It was funny as all hell at the time. In the same store i picked up a psone with a busted psu for $5, A kid walked up and said he'd already taken it. I told his father tough shit as they left it where it was and of course it ended up mine. At then end of the day people do suck and its a 1st in best dressed situation with classic collecting.

Ive only played segacd in recent years and can say that none of my friends had one when they where new. I dont think it was a failure and I dont think it was a success, somewhere in between in limbo. Ive got quite a few original cd's and iso's of which none I find outstanding. Theres a fighting game "eternal champions?" which is pretty good. Hey, can someone tell me if ecco cd is any different apart from the sound??

Galaxian is an excellent game and much more of a challenge then say,, galaga. The sound effects keep me going and as a kid i'd look for either galaxian x or galaxian turbo as they are imho the best versions. Galaga is great but its too damn easy,,

Didnt model 1 have 2 fans inside and make more noise? I can say my ps2 fan is much louder. My model 1.1 has been opened and soldered/altered so many times now i've lost count, Its never failed except for once when i accidently dropped solder on the reset switch. Its all bad luck really.

Ive read a fare bit in regards to cd's blowing up on version 1's, also read a fare bit on resetting boxes and blowing power supplies. Anyone that thinks an x-box is immune to the usual console problems is sorely mistaken. Have people noticed that users like ourselves who have multiple machine replacements generally buy them from the same place and possibly same batch?

Match of the Millenium (SNK vs Capcom) Imho is the pest hand held fighter that exists. Neo geo pocket colour is pretty good stuff, I recomend the screen magnifer/light combo

Theres alien breed and alien storm for the md, i doubt these are licensed but alien none the less. Space gun was an awesome arcade game, definately an alien knock off, Not sure if theres a console version. Theres also an excellent alien pinball game the pc-engine, plenty of alien overtones in graphic display.

Game and watches are the best! I have a few of them and still dig out oil panic every now and again. Ebay prices are a complete joke, Stuff like parachute and popeye and as common as dirt, The 2 screen DK is also common as well. In fact the only ones that are not common are some of the earlier small screen ones like ball or fire. You'd be nuts to pay $100 in anyones language for a G&W. As already explained alot of ebayers sell cheap knock offs as g&w's, the fact is that if there is no nintendo on the plate , then it isnt a true G&W.

Yes, I have a midnight blue one and i would consider it the number 1 gun if it wasnt for the damn av connection that seems to be conected Time crisis games rock So the sega sat gun gets number 1 for me.

Its definately a country thing, not a pal/ntsc thing. Spectravideo rarity for Aus is very close to the U.S guide. Except for maybe tapeworm which is I believe much rarer

I put quakex v1.01 on the box last night, Ive gotta say its a great version and playing with the pad is actually quite good. Highly recomended for all u box modders
