You're the only person that doesn't think it's slower than the superlative PS2 version, and in fact I think you'll find that you're about the only person that prefers any version over the PS2 version. PaulEmoz, The PAL ps2 version is a goat blowing experience. It does need speed. Whats so odd about that? Im not from the good ol etc etc

X111, Xbox - This is my second favourite cell shaded title, jets set radio being number 1. I am really enjoying this title. Need for speed hot pursuit 2 - Game cube, The cube pad is just excellent for racing titles. I love the N4S series and the cube version so much faster then the ps2 version, Shining the holy ark, saturn - This is a kick ass rpg which I have now finished. Moving onto the story of thor 2 now

They are generally either 9v or 10v 800ma, Just get a convertor from RS or somewhere like that. Sms psu's seem to work on all my famiclones, 9v or 10v. Now I jave had one blow up, so you've been warned, It was a russian clone

Open up ur saturn, look for an orange pot at the back left of the board attatched to the cd, Turn about 5 degrees clockwise remembering where it originally was. This will beef up the laser a bit and hopefully work. Also check to see if it is modded, the place to look is where the ribbon from the cd meets the mobo. If it is modded there will be an extra board either red or blue, If its a model one (oval buttons) there is an extra board anyway. try the pot, seems to have worked for me on many occassions

I have the famicom cart of yie-air, It plays the same but the backdrops are totally different.

I wouldnt recomend an exploit, A home made mod worked for me quite well. There are 2 spots on the mobo which need to be solder together to make this possible (google for pics), in short you can flash the on board stock standard bios. To start you will need to hack an xbox controller and attach a usb connection to the end, very easy as the wires are coloured the same ( cut yellow wire completely), now use the action replay software and download the 007auf + evox installer to your memory card. Copy memcard to xbox, load saved game and evox will will appear. Now from here you can flash the xbox mobo bios. There are several guides at www.xbox-scene.com on how to do this, In short i have a modded off the shelf box with no exploits and no mod chip, Xbox is version 1.1 now with evox7.bin bios

I have a real famicom, The big problem is the rf only. To get sound and an image i need to use 2 tv's and an rf splitter. All of my familcones have the av option, U may be better off with a clone

I have a few famiclones all of which are of decent quality, I dont recomend the powerjoy controllers though, even with the cart slot. Some are Pal, some are NTSC but all are multi region to the best of my knowledge. My favourites ae the ones that look like famicoms, They seem to be best quality. A 72 to 60 pin adapter can be purchased from Lik-sang. I recomend a famicom to anyone, theres alot of famicom only releases available.

I have big probs with this game, Once i get in the zone i get mesmerized buy the falling bombs close to passing out. If i have a break on the pause screen I get out of the zone and lose straight away.,, FInally got over 2000, not sure what so I'll later today

Thats one cool famiclone! I have a playstation clone and a snes famiclone but that one is better then both!

I noticed that there are alot of carts that wont work with the N64 action replay/gs at all. I think it also depends on how old the gs cart is, Mine is one of the 1st ones which is not compatible with alot of carts.

You can also use the AV cable from a C64. It would only be mono though, so if you're a stero freak i'd recomend the c64 cable.

For classics i'd say the hardest would be: Virus, Amiga. Almost impossible to control Shadow of the beast, amiga. Umm, its hard Crazy climber, arcade. Those controls bring tears Reactor, arcade. Im good at this but it cost me alot of $, its hard For the more modern I'd say super monkey ball,, sheesh this is hard

I can assure you that Australia got anything but special treatment for the 7800, As far as I am concerned all the games are rare. Ikari? Common? No way in the world is this common. The most common are fight night and ace of aces, The rest are indeed not. You may also notice there are considerably more collectors in the states,,,,,

Powerslave/Exhumed IMHO is the greatest fps on any 32bit system, Only? released on the Sat and Ps1 I think the sat version showed what the saturn was made of in an early release. If only the machine had have lasted the mile we could have seen more like this. Currently I have 3 saturns hooked up, A Pal model 1, A U.S model 1 and a Jap white model 2. I am currently playing shining the holy ark 2 which is an excellent RPG. I'd recomend stocking up on discs now while its still cheap, I think 2nd hand sat titles are going to go up in the not so distance future. You got and excellent deal, I'd say give it a go! Just avoid doom
