Out of my 200+ carts i can honestly say i cant tell the difference between PAL and NTSC as all my tv's are multiformat. The only time i can is when there is a P or N sticker. I think everything was released here in mass quantity as ive never found any pal releases hard to find,, Except ive not been able to find a PAL ET yet,, Things used to take a while to come out over here so my guess is that the department stores new that ET was a dog to play. What about asterix and road runner?? I have approx 3 of each with different labels bought for $1 each. oh, and a recently acquired obelix The pirate carts are all over the place here, and generally are a bit sucky. At this stage nothing has been rare to me except quadrun and the other NTSC's only.

We seemed to get loads of ntsc's here is australia around the 80's, well at least til almost every cart was HES. I have a tonne at the moment but i think these have been purchased overseas or from people migrating here. My jungle hunt and galaxian are without doubt NTSC and bought here. Oh, most my relatives are German and some of the carts they bought to me here where NTSC as well. off topic,,, Moving 2000 k's is so much fun,,NOT I have bought a laptop to catch up on weeks of missing threads

I have never been happy with my ps2, I fell for the Sony hype BS that i swore to myself i wouldnt. Frankly i've become very anti sony with the amount of crap products i've bought with their label,,, PSX anyone? well my original melted and needed to be turned over to play anything,, I was horrified that i'd spent so much at the time for a machine with the most cheap ass components imaginable at the time. The result is a black DVD player and the 2 tony hawks and red faction. liquid_sky, are we sure saturn VS psx?? game development was the downfall here. Powerslave/ Exhumed on the saturn trashes the PSX as does saturn alien trilogy. Doom was just poorly written. Basically every 2d capcom / snk fighter on the saturn runs rings around psx, Arcade perfect in some cases. Oh, i write this while watching pixel by pixel disappear on my $2000 2 year old sony monitor.

It's a pretty good game given the diffiulty for a 2600 game, How the frick do you land the plane?? Surely i must not be the only one who sux at this game?

Hi I find the intelli to have a shorter life span then most of the classics, Heres what i did that seemed to get all but frogger to work. All i did was open the intellivision, clean every inch with iso alcohol, then push every pin on the cart slot closer together. This worked really well for me, I noticed there is a vast variation of quality and thickness with the carts, For the dirty ones i just use a scouring pad. Hope this helps

Ahhh Ok, alls i can say is that it is a strange anomolie that it's not working for you,, Thats a weird one indeed,, hmmm,, Really i cant answer it. I did however have problems with taking the bobbies helmets off in london, I guess it's the same kind of deal?? I found that 9 out of ten times the bluntside the awning in thps2 for the DC on the last level didnt work, another strange one. Im going to take the easy way out, There a action replay cheats available now.

Ok Truth is i luuurv the tony hawk games to such a degree that i have every version for all consoles except XBOX. I spent a ridiculous ammount of time on 1,2 & 3 just getting bigger combos, longer lines , U name it, I love the hawk franchise. I'm a bit bitter because i finished the pro challenges so quickly and really only took a while to get Kareems. I have found the game too easy and i would have thought that being number 4 that neversoft may have upped the difficulty knowing the majority of buyers would have mastered the first 3. Bought on sunday, played from about 5PM to 11PM, played monday night from 6 to 10:30 pm, All that is left is the money and mini games

HI All Not sure whether this has been discussed?? Anyways, i just bought this game and have almost finished it already. Frankly i do think it sux. It reminds me of this god awful BMX game i used to own (Dave mirra2?),, Whats the point in being able to finish the entire game with 1 skater?? I mean doing the stoopidly easy pro skater stuff for the other skaters to see there movies is very lame. I feel i've finished it in two sittings. In my mind 1 & 2 where great, 3 was not so great, 4 is a bmx game with skaters. GGGrrrr

Hi Le' Bummer Funny, i have loads of US and JAP stuff, Some work fine through 240V providing that the correct current is going from the adapter to the console. Others need the step down 110/240 v, I don't understand the logic here but i'm sure it's pretty simple. I bought a MiniDisc player from tokyo a few years back, the 110 ac adapter finally dies, I bit the bullet and plugged an aussie 4.5v? adapter in and it works just fine. Hmmm

HI All I now have 2 famicoms and no power supply, Does anybody know what the voltage is for these? I know they are japanese and would be for a 110V wall socket. Im in aus where the power outlets are 240V, This should be ok though?? If the correct power is going to the famicom? Im not sure whether it's 10 or 9 V but i do know it is different then the NES. Any help for solving my Crisis would be greatly appreicated.

my top ten is pretty different I have about 150? carts and have never found ET, I've only found 1 Pacman which i bought and 1 defender. So common would be for me in no order. combat breakout riverraid enduro asteroids
