  1. So, I wonder why Xbox live got a stickie and that didn't.
  2. Hey, I just got MarioKart DS and I've been playing via wifi a little... I just think it'd be cool if there was a list or something of AA members with DS friend Codes. Oh well...whatever, I think my friend code is 322189 513416

  4. Hi, I'm looking for a powersupply for an Atari 1010 tape deck so I can load something on my Atari 130XE finally.
  5. I once bought an Atari 2600 that had a .1 cm thick layer of dirt caked on the top.... When I took it appart to clean it I found some cacoons and a bunch of dead daddy long leggs.... yeck! I managed to get it all cleaned up and shiny looking before I turned around and traded it...but it was just grose when I got it.
  6. Also: 1. Digital Eclipse 4. DMA Design
  7. I got one! 3. Parotty Interactive They made Pyst
  8. Today I got an email telling me I got a new comment posted to my blog under the entry "hi" by author "albert" However, in clicking the link I got an Error. mySQL query error: SELECT id, name, mgroup, member_login_key, email, restrict_post, view_sigs, view_avs, view_pop, view_img, auto_track, mod_posts, language, skin, new_msg, show_popup, msg_total, time_offset, posts, joined, last_post, subs_pkg_chosen, ignored_users, login_anonymous, last_visit, last_activity, dst_in_use, view_prefs, org_perm_id, mgroup_others, temp_ban, sub_end, has_blog, members_markers, members_editor_choice, members_auto_dst, members_display_name, members_created_remote, members_cache, members_disable_pm FROM ibf_members WHERE id=210 SQL error: Unknown column 'members_markers' in 'field list' SQL error code: Date: Saturday 18th of February 2006 10:10:27 PM I went and went to my blog through the forums index and found that there are still no comments on this entry. Weird.
  9. I bet this question would come up at least a little bit less often if that image actually showed a phone receiver sitting on it.....or if everyone on the forums watched the movie Weird Science, which is the main reason I know what it does(or at least maybe....they also might start wearing bras on their heads.)
  10. Really? With my parents it was my money and my responsibility. I probably would have bought stuff and kept it hidden when they were around if it was like that.
  11. I recall renting Bubble Bobble for NES from the local Video Update around 1998 or so. One of the few times I've ever rented a video game. I think they had NES video games straight up untill the closed the place sometime around or after 2000.
  12. You know.... I once was talking with this one customer at my store and somehow it came up that she was a teacher.... something about computers and all the Apple and Mac stuff being gone from the district...... number munchers.... Anyway the teacher said something along the lines of Number Munchers is too slow for todays kids... that it frustrates them that way. I used to love playing Number Munchers at school and I can't really see just how it could be "too slow". Oh well... games of any kind(I seem to recall hearing this includes educational ones) are actually illegal to run or install on public school computers in this state anyway so it really doesn't matter. Actually started when I was in high school.
  13. Sonic 1 for SMS was released in the US.... I'm not so sure about Sonic 2, but I know everything else has to be imported from europe.
  14. Not without special hardware that isn't very easy to come by..and may not work in a modern PC. I'd recomend a Mac with an internal Floppy running something pre-OS X and a copy of Apple's Disk Copy. USB floppy drives won't cut it. There are some things about cross-platform and floppies on the CSA2 FAQ's diskettes section. http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2DSKETTE.html
  15. oooohhhh! I'm using the wrong file! oopsy! thank you. That should be mentioned on the avatar control panel.
  16. Rockin' Kat

    Amiga MOD music

I used to liston to Amiga Mod files and some other formats I downloaded when I had my last computer.... PowerMac 6100.... was too slow to play Mp3s.... but it played Amiga Mod files and some other different formats ok and it actually didn't sound bad. Anyway, it doesn't appear you've actually provided any downloads, just listed file names.
  17. I'm tried to re-upload my normal avatar, a gif with transparent background, after christmas was over and now it keeps changing it over to a jpg and giving it a black background.... this is driving me buggy cuz I know it worked once! I'm sure I'm apsolutly possitive I think! Before when I first sentup my avatar it worked fine.... then I made a christmas version and it uploaded fine.... then I re-uploaded my normal one and it converted it from a gif with transparent background to a jpg. Current avatar is stored on forums at: http://www.atariage.com/forums/uploads/av-210.jpg A copy of the file I am trying to uploading is stored at: http://www.thecowsaysmoo.org/superpsycho/P..._kats_trans.gif Got a clue what's going on?
  18. I found a bunch of striped down Apple //e's, //c's and IIgs systems while at the REPC in Tukwilla... Most of the IIgs's didn't even have their internal power supplies... also NO interface cards in any of the //e's (so no floppy controllers) and no power supplies for the //c's...(Some bastard came along before me and swipped all the cards out of them and left the computers) Anyway I picked up a platinum //e and two Apple 5.25" drives I had a camera phone so I took some shots of the stuff I passed up.... I also took a picture of what I got with my Mavica when I got home http://www.thecowsaysmoo.org/superpsycho/P...ift/December05/
  19. I usually just sit in an office chair and play my games about 1 foot away from my 13" commodore monitor..... otherwise if I'm playing on the 36" Set downtairs, I grab a beanbag chair plop it down in front of the chair and sit real close to the set...Just far enough that I don't bump the stereo system buttons with my feet.... I do fluff the bag every couple of hours so my ass doesn't get sore. Screw sitting all the way accross the room in a chair or on the couch... Getting brain damage from TV radiation is the way to do it.
  20. I really havn't been finding anything at thrift stores lately... but I did get a bunch of 99cent game gear games at Game Crazy today.
  21. The Apple IIgs is my favorite system. I've been playing the GS version of Crystal Quest on it with an ADB trackball lately. I havn't been able to beat any of the high scores that were already on the disk image when I got it.
  22. Actually the link port plug just misses the gba sp and slides over the top.... so it doesn't make it stick out at all... It does however inhibit you from hooking it up to the GBA port on a Nintendo DS.... It's actualy listed as incompatible in the Nintendo DS manual. unless you've done what I've done...and ground that port plug right off the e-reader so it wouldn't be there to interfere... then it works just fine...and since I only own an SP and a DS, I have no use for that plug anyway.
  23. Yeah.... it could use a face lift... and I think that the picture width/height limit was too small... I think box scans were limited to a size like half what they are here At Atariage. What good is a box scan if you can't read the text description on the back scan? of cource.. a lot of the files were sent in at sizes much larger than the limits before they were set and I don't think any of them were reformated to them.
