  They screwed up on me last year a good bit and I gave up on them. I received things I didn't order, got the wrong things. They got too big. And still, never turning a profit I don't think, after 20 years?

  A distribution center is twenty miles from me. I use to get things next day but now they wait a week to ship and it shows up next day. I guess if I paid for Prime is would be faster.
