Good luck "emulating" the PS4 and the piles of other modern stuff in that collection.

That's a lot of stuff.

Something must have died inside of me, because all I see is hassle --- gotta climate control everything and keep it nice.

PS4 can be hacked to run backups. Emulation is totally feasible for the vast majority of the old stuff on display.

It would keep me busy for weeks... going through everything.. testing everything... cataloging, cleaning, calculating... I'd be happy doing it, though.

The reason why it was sold, though... yeah... I don't completely buy it. There are some things that can definitely be emulated... but some of the stuff... even older stuff... I don't see. Not just the current gen stuff... How do you emulate a Virtual Boy? I mean, you can I guess, but without the 3d... is it worth it?...
