I need to do some rearranging as well as possibly getting a new AV receiver. I now have an (1) Ouya, (2) Roku, (3) STB, (4) PS3, (5) DVD Recorder, (6) PS4, (7) XBox 360 and ( Neo Geo X downstairs. In the future, I could see two more devices coming...the Retron 5 and Xbox One. I've run into serious power issues as well as I don't have enough HDMI slots (TV has 4, AV receiver none). Thoughts and suggestions?

For those of you still wanting a PS4 in the next couple of days and are still awake, check out Amazon. At first all they had was a bundled PS4 and 7" Kindle Fire HDX. I added it, ordered it and then noticed they had just the console in stock. So now, on Tuesday, I'll have the console instead of almost a month from now. The bad part? I can't cancel the preorder for Walmart. I'll have to see if some co-workers want to buy it when I get it.

Christmas present ordered. Saw that Walmart had some PS4 preorders up and went ahead and grabbed one.

Should get new NIC tomorrow and can finally have my new Microserver up and running. Woot Woot!

So I've been wanting to run speaker wire under the carpet as well as try to run cat5 cable at least from upstairs to the living room downstairs. I've always been afraid of messing up the carpet, the walls or both. I suppose I still am, but I was just watching some youtube videos of magnapull....makes me say hmmmm....

Stopped by Five and Below on the way home from work to see if they had anything different on the shelf for the Wii, PS2, PSP, or DS. Nope...same games they had a couple of weeks ago. Wait a minute...I'm looking in the wrong place. I'm looking ON the shelf. UNDER the shelf on the floor amidst much dust is a copy of Shadow of The Colossus for the PS2. Yay me for looking in the obscure place!

Got the Neo Geo X. Dunno why other then it's "cool". The hand-held is okay...but what I really want to do is hook up the controller to my PC and use it for MAME.

It's 30 degrees colder then it was a couple of days ago. But I need to get out and walk down the drive to check the mail. Supposed to be some C64 goodies there!

For those of you looking for a Wii-U, I just noticed Gamestop has them online right now (basic and deluxe).

Hooked up my C64 and 1541 drive for the first time in over 15 years. Computer itself is working, but the drive just gives me a clickity-clickity-clickclickclick and stops with "File Not Found" errors on every disk. Hopefully, it just needs a cleaning!

Debating on how I want to redo my dvd/bluray collection. Cheaper solution is to purchase 5 or 6 200+ CD/DVD cases and a large tote or two. In other words, keeping the disks downstairs while moving the cases into a tote and into a closet for storage. Nerdy (and expensive) solution is to buy a 10 tb NAS and rip all the disks and store them online. Would still need to buy a tote or two to store the originals. I'm leaning towards the first solution.

It's a bit like Christmas around here as I'm doing some cleaning and re-arranging of things. I just found a manual for Hook on the Sega CD which I thought I had lost years ago. I also thought I had lost the case. I wonder if it's in one of these boxes that haven't been opened in years? I doubt it, but it's going to be fun to look.

Please don't tell me I have to go back to Lowe's to buy a new roll of electrical tape because I can't find the roll I already have!

I just noticed that my old animated space invader is gone. I'm not sure if I still have it or not.

Forgot to order something to hook up 7 compoisite and 3 rf items at the same time. At least they look good on the shelves!!!
