Alright, I've searched and searched trying to find out how to fix this, but I can't find anything about it. I bought an Atari 2600 (wood-grain, 4-switch) and the power switch is busted. Everything is correctly hooked up. When I flip the switch to turn it on, it doesn't come on. If I push on the switch and hold it there, it comes on. So how can I fix the switch so it doesn't do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, when it is on, the screen goes black and doesn't do anything. The only reason I can think of for this is that the games or system is dirty or dusty. I cleaned all my games with q-tips and rubbing alcohol (70% isopropyl), but I still just get a black screen. So how would I go about cleaning the contacts in the system?
