  1. I posted my initial interest back on post #11 and I am still very much interested ! (I may have even repeated my interest somewhere else in this thread as well.) Looking forward to seeing this come to fruition!
  2. Over at http://intellivision.us/raspberry/raspberry.phpthere is a set of files for RetroPie that includes AdvMame/Mess that will run the Astrocade emulator. It is also possible to use Bally controllers with RetroPie if one has the Astrodaptor USB adaptor. It does take a little bit to get it up and running; you have to be fairly comfortable working from the command line in linux and understand (reasonably well) how RetroPie is setup and runs things.
  3. 23200 Haven't figured out how to get by the red triangles yet (even with the hint above)
  4. 22250 This game is definitely up there with the ultimate button mashers! It's like the bonus stage on Galaga on steroids!
  5. Is there a Super USB version of this as well (Super USB + multiple DB9 controller ports {or, alternatively, an integrated mini USB hub for connecting multiple retro USB controlers})?
  6. Both versions of PacMan8K that I have (the one that looks like a modded version of the original 2600 Pac Man board and the one that looks and sounds like the arcade version) run on my version of RetroPie using the lr-stella emulator. I think I have RetroPie 3.2 or 3.3 (I cant recall which it is).
  7. Same boat for me - my copy arrived late last week as well and only had a few moments to pop it in and try it out. Talk about a game begging for dual joysticks! Need to get used to using the keypad for directional firing. Would love to figure out a way to mount a joystick over the keypad. klm - 9784
  8. I believe on the 5200 that is the normal behavior for Frogger - there does exist a hacked/patched version of the ROM where that behavior is changed.
  9. I have attached pics of my KEYBOARD and SETTINGS. I am using a PSP2000 with 6.60-C2. I do use .bin 5200 files also. I did have a little funkiness when the game first starts with not having control (ship would go left automatically and I couldnt control it) but I found that when I started my second game the controls worked fine; it also could have been from jumping out to the emulator setting during the game (pressing SELECT while in game) and then 'Back to Atari' - I cant recall now. Anyways, perahps these will be of some help
  10. I'd bet his version does. 😉
  11. Just wanted to check in and see if a Nomad screen is still in the cards. I always remain in awe at how great this has made the Lynx!
  12. Quite interested, especially if offering installation services as well. Hoping that a Nomad screen is available from him someday as well.
  13. I wasnt aware that a clear cart was an option but then I got an email from Carl about the option so I decided I may as well get it. :-)
  14. Finally forced to get this one. Just ordered from Songbird; hopefully arrives in time. I suspect it will 😃
  15. Wow, awesome - thanks for doing all this! After these, for me, I think the only thing left is Voice Module support for the O2. I think I have seen separate Bally controller USB adaptors - could those be useable with the Ultimate Interface as well through a firmware update?
  16. I would be very interested in Fairchild Channel F emulator for RetroPie! 😃 any chance of seeing Bally emulator as well?
  17. I dont know about the Android version, but the iOS version was patched to fix issues with running on newer versions of iOS. It was recently updated to work with the iPad Pro as well.
  18. Don't know if this info is of any use but the version of iMame4all that made it onto the App Store long ago for a short while before getting pulled works on on my iPhone 6+ running iOS 8.2 just fine.
  19. Ditto this! Brings back memories of heading to the local pizza joint, grabbing a Coke and playing this table (or whatever one happened to be installed at the time) mornings before walking to school.
  20. I regularly play Turtles, Killer Bees and K.C. Krazy Chase. I think the game play on these has held up really well despite their age. The voice module also adds to the overall experience for them as well.
  21. I never brake - just have to avoid bouncing off as few walls/corners as possible. Also, I am presuming that practice on the Seattle track were the only 'rules' for this round as I did adjust my tires and shocks to find something that worked better than the defaults. If we were only supposed to use the default tire/shock/gears than my previous post was my best.
  22. I have two different types of Xbox wireless controllers that worked without any setup on my RasbPi2; just had to use an Xbox to USB adaptor obviously to connect it to the Pi which I already had hacked together a number of years ago. The above aside, it is true that there is some effort in getting controllers setup and configured the way one wishes but I love my RetroPie setup for being able to use a keyboard, a2600 joystick, Intv controllers, wireless Xbox controllers and an clone SNES controller. Apart from the A800/A5200 emulator which is a bit of a pain to navigate in/use, I have found all of the others to work remarkably well and smoothly.
