Following up my previous topic... This Coleco Gemini now gets power/video (yay). Next step is having it upgraded from RF (yuk). Lastly returning the console's looks closer to presentable state. Insides might not be fun. Cleaned as much as I could, but it'll take more. Rust residue or a similar look. Located in US.

OK. Had someone get power and video linked back up. Now to ship out for an AV mod, plus aesthetic restoration (heavier cleaning than I'm prepared for).

I'll need instructions to open the RF unit for that.

Yeah but buying either of those cables, won't do me any good if the internal connection is loose.

I don't think it's the place of grading services to police resale value. Their job is preservation and authenticity, not appraisal. Obviously however connecting them to involvement with driving up prices would be another story!

I've had this for a while. Assumed needing repair or whatever after a brief test at some point. Though today I finally got around to begin cleanup anyway. Nonetheless turns out its rear jacks need work... Obviously a re-solder on the wiggling power jack component should fix there. I'm not sure about the video yet. Figured I'd ask about opening its RF unit first.

CDX is highly packed with awesome! International OK. But keep in mind this is a US NTSC system and overseas postage won't be cheap. Respond or PM me if interested!

Hey international friends. Help an American out please. I'm looking for a Megadrive 1 of any revision/region. Does not have to be functional. Or even contain any hardware inside, no board will lower its postage cost anyway. I want the case for aesthetic reasons. Thanks.
