  1. I second the adapter purchase. It may seem like a hassle, but the Turtle Beach headsets I've used have been high quality. And as sublime said, you'll appreciate the fact that you can't hear the game sound when your son is playing Xbox in the evenings.
  2. That's a sweet looking marquee on that MAME machine. And it looks like you're building a nice Lynx collection there.
  3. As far as I know, Trick Shot is the only pool game on the 2600. There's an overseas title called "Billiard," but it's exactly the same game as Trick Shot. Perhaps the buyer was thinking about Side Pocket for the NES?
  4. Lots of stuff up at GG, including Dungeon Explorer II.
  5. Final Fantasy II and Pitfall II, that's some good stuff right there. And I really like it that everything seems accessible.
  6. I suggest River City Ransom. It has weapon pickups, shops, and lots of baddies. And it's even more fun when you play with a friend. I also suggest Smash TV. The SNES port is excellent and you can pick it up for around $13.
  7. No one should have any reservations about dealing with Shephda. He purchased a TG-16 manual from me and paid right away. Although it took a ridiculous ten days for the item to arrive via first-class mail, he was very understanding.
  8. That's a nice 7800 collection there. While I had a rather large 2600 collection, I spent the majority of my game time playing the 7800 games like Galaga, Robotron:2084, and Xevious. What would you say is your favorite 7800 title out of the bunch?
  9. is listening to the Sega Rally Revo OST

  10. For those not aware, the Wii U transfer process will delete save files and Virtual Consoles games from the Wii.
  11. No kidding. When I moved, I dumped a huge box of EGM, GamePro, Game Fan, and VG&CE magazines; all in mint or near mint condition.
  12. I added a couple more items. Please take a look. All items ship FREE to the contiguous 48 states.

  14. Please look at the auction listings in my sig. I have a few magazines listed right now and I have several others I'd be willing to sell, too.
  15. That's some great stuff, Mr. Bland. Thanks for sharing!
  16. And if you liked Onimusha, I'd suggest Genji.
  17. I didn't see Twisted Metal: Black mentioned. I found it fun both as a single-player and co-op game. The multi-car action, dark storylines, and hidden secrets make it a blast to play.
  18. I don't own an arcade machine and I won't be getting one, either. I've sold off much of my collection and I just don't have the time, money, or space for such beasts.
  19. If you love movies or trivia style games, I'd suggest Scene It. While it's not geared for single-player gaming, you can play it by yourself to rack up the achievements.
  20. had a delicious pulled pork sandwich for dinner

  21. Like Atariboy said, the backwards compatibility on the 360 sucks. Just pick up a cheap Xbox so you can play all of the old games like Hunter: The Reckoning, Morrowind, and Rallisport Challenge 2. As for the headset, I'd suggest that you pick up a cheap one for chatting with friends online, which is mainly what I use it for.
  22. It's been a long time since I played this, but I agree with the bolded. I'll also add that I used to go right after the brains and tanks as I worked my way out of the center. I found it helpful to clear them out quickly.
