  1. EDIT: Actually decided to keep the system as a spare and sell just the accessories. I will relist them with prices when I get the time.
  2. Oh heck of a great guy! I completed the largest trade I have ever done with this gentleman right here. Easy to work with, friendly, and a man of his word. I will never forget this trade or how nice Chris is! Will absolutely be trading with him again in the future! Thanks pal!
  3. Bought two SUper Action Controllers and a complete copy of Demon Attack for Intellivision from him. Arrived fast, well packed and in great condition. Thanks!
  4. BUMP! Found "Sky Jaguar". Now just looking for Space Invaders Collection. Come on, somebody want to sell theirs?
  5. eBay Seller: zektor My entire mint collection on ebay. Every game starting at 99 cents with no reserve. Bid!
  6. I really did not want to sell this, but since it is one of my least played consoles (I play my pre-90's consoles more) it has to go to help pay this month's rent. Technically, I need money by tomorrow, so hopefully this sells quickly. Here it is. The PS2 online pack. This was the last PS2 "fat" package to be released in the US before SOny moved over to the slim style units. As a matter of fact, I believe that the first slims were already in stores when I purchased this one. I just always loved the fat console better. This package also comes with the Network Adapter (hence the name of the package "Online Pack") as well as the online game "ATV Offroad Fury 2". Of course everything here has been kept in the best possible condition since my purchase. To be honest, I really do not think I have played this thing more than a dozen times. It was yet another console added to the dozen consoles I had already owned The system comes with the following: PS2 SCPH 50001/N unit in literally brand new condition. Works absolutely perfect and is clean as can be. All packaging (foam, manuals and warranty cards, power/av/network cables, ATV game, controller) A second Sony dual shock controller in equally excellent condition Two Sony brand 8MB memory cards with packaging One Sony 8MB memory card with pre-installed "Free McBoot" (allows backups and homebrew playback from DVD OR a hard drive) One original Sony brand PS1 memory card with case (good for PS1 game saving on the PS2) One Sony brand DVD remote control with packaging One Sony brand PS2/PS3 component cables with packaging One Sony brand digital optical audio cable (not necessary but gives you dolby sound with a receiver that supports it) Guitar Hero Aerosmith set - I played this one time All packaging is here and it is in excellent condition of course) You will not be disappointed one bit with this set. Out of all of the crappy PS2 units I see for sale out there in auctions and Gamestop and the like, here is a real opportunity for someone to pick up a REALLY nice setup. I figure $150 would get me out of the hole I am in (sucks too, as I get paid on Friday but the landlord refuses to wait). Does anyone want it? (TV and chair not included of course!) SOLD! (rather quickly I might add) Thanks!
  7. This is the first time I have come across your story. Great story it is! Unfortunately I was only eight in 1983 and my parents would probably have had a big issue with me leaving cross country or internationally...not to mention I wasn't very good with high scoring in those days It is however great to hear the story from someone who experienced it and was good enough to win as much as you did. Thanks for this very rare historical information!
  8. I got mine today and man...I love it! This is one of the best purchases I have ever made, next to of course purchasing the VCS in the first place! Thank you for the quick service and excellent product. If you create one for another system (namely 7800!) I will be all over it!
  9. My tools of the trade have been (for years): Windex Compressed Air Dishwashing liquid, sponges, toothbrushes, toothpicks! 99% Isopropyl Alcohol Q-Tips Lighter fluid Paper Towels (WHITE ONLY - IMPORTANT) Windex Wipes and Disinfecting Wipes Using Windex on consoles spans back with me from geez....the 80's at least. Always does a great job. Of course the system is usually opened and compressed aired out, and if very dirty it is taken apart and the shell is dishwashed. Crevices are run over with a toothpick for that packed in grime, toothbrushes used during washing as well as a sponge of course. Alcohol is used anywhere electrically sensitive items exist (dirty traces, dirty carts) and q-tips used with the carts. I made the mistake ONE time of using one of those "printed" paper towels to dry something (with the designs) and the printing from the towel actually came off on the console! It wasn't fun to take it off either. So, I can't stress enough, use WHITE! Lighter fluid (Ronsonol) is great from stickers or nasty sticky residue. It'll take it off in a snap with no damage if you are careful. I have actually used it to take marker writing off of cart labels! Just swipe it QUICK to ensure you don;t take the original ink off of the label Well, that goes my cleaning madness. I cannot stand for so much as a speck of dust on any of my games or consoles. This is probably why all of my systems work fine...even down to my original 1979 Intellivision system. And, they all look brand new I'll never sell a dirty system or game, and it just pisses me off that people are so lazy as to not even make an attempt to try to clean something they sell. That is a scumbag move in my humble opinion.
  10. Yet one more reason I hate selling on ebay. What a moron... Not only that, but it looks like the guy got a really nice deal too!
  11. Looking for a nice complete copy for sale or trade. PM if you have one, thanks! EDIT: Also looking for "Sky Jaguar"
  12. Great trade/transaction. Glad to do business with you!
  13. Mine arrived today and it is absolutely gorgeous. Really super job! Thanks for letting us in on this!
  14. After having just ordered Pac-Man Collection (7800) from the AA store, I notice that the manual is in a comic book type bag with cardboard backing that fits perfectly for the manual. Anyone know where I can get these? On an off note, anyone know what is up with the store right now? Seems anything I click on does not work (stays on main page)..
  15. This is a sickness. In the beginning, ebay was a neat alternative for finding your game quickly. I became a member in December of 1998, and I can remember a time in which things like this sold for reasonable prices. It is not like these items are rare and worth the premium. But, ebay has made game collecting (and MANY other things) somehow now so valuable. It is a joke. It is at a point now that I cannot even score a common game (a game I *know* is common) without shelling out an extreme premium for it. This is why I have made a pact with myself to strictly stick to forum sales/trades, the occasional online store, and of course my local vintage game store.
  16. I have "Shinobi Legions" up for grabs. This is the USA NTSC release. It is complete with case and manual, but the case hinges are broken...which is pretty common with these cases. The disc is not mint (it does have some small scratches) but is in overall good condition and of course has been tested and works perfectly. It is a pretty rare game as well. Looking for $20 shipped on it. PM if interested! Also available: NEW Sega Saturn mod chip. $25 shipped. <PENDING PAYMENT>
  17. I personally do not mind at all shipping to Canada. As a matter of fact, quite recently, shipping from the USA (New Jersey) to Canada has been dirt cheap. I sent a package with a few carts to Canada a month or so ago and the package was under $4. Best part is that delivery confirmation seems to come default with the shipping (look for the CXxxxxx number on the post office receipt), so I was able to track the shipment for free! Much better than purchasing delivery confirmation from inside of the USA Yeah, you still have to fill out a customs form, but big deal.
  18. PMed for Intv demon attack and CV super action controllers!
  19. Wow, shipped already I have to say that you did a splendid job on the manual and artwork/label. It's really nice when people take the time to design a really nice looking product like this. I have personally never played the hack (or the original game it was based off of), so this will be a new game to me Thanks again!
