  1. It also works with no problems on a Dev CD.
  2. I think anything new for the Jaguar is a positive thing. Since what I say keeps getting changed by others, let me state this one more time. My ONLY concern about the JagCF is that allowing it to play commercial ROMS has split the community and caused 2 known developers to say they will not support it and will halt future development. Furthermore, this incident was a key catalyst in me stepping down as the administrator on JSII. I was tired of being pulled into these trivial arguments. It still amazes me that the Jaguar community can be so immature and irrational at times. Why do we forget that this is a VIDEO GAME system. Who cares???
  3. Hey Nick, Would be great if you could verify the checksums on those roms so we can see if they're betas that haven't been found yet. Nice score!
  4. Dave did a great job on this handheld. Mine works great, although the screen is a bit "dim".... Last I heard he wasn't making anymore...
  5. Too bad, I just sold a MINT one shrinkwrapped for $42 on ebay: Rayman Auction You should be able to find a copy shrinkwrapped for less than $50.
  6. Hi Derek, I actually have a modified tracker shell that uses the same tracking technology as the Visette. One project I have on the table is to fix the Visette cable to match the tracker shell connector and see if it will work on a Jag. However in reference to this lot, based on what I know about the Jaguar with what is included in this auction it would be incredibly difficult. If you want to experience the closes thing there is to the Jaguar VR then this is it. I don't mention any software in the auction, but if anyone here on AtariAge mentions it, I'll throw in a couple copies of games.
  7. Many rare titles including Super Asteroids/Missile Command, Robotron, Dracula, etc..etc... JS2K Auctions Thanks for looking!

  17. I think its that most of the deveopes knew how they could make their game work. But Atari kept wanting MORE, more textures, more views, more polys,, etc just to compete with the other consoles (later in the jag's life at any rate) , and damaging the games in the process. Exactly. I think part of it was when games were done, Atari didn't have the $$$ to fund the final milestone, so they delayed by asking for more "crud" that just slowed it down. It's a shame....
  18. Has anyone here played the Beta of I-War (NetWar). Much like any beta, it has a superior framerate and I feel you don't really give up any gameplay....
  19. Yep! Whoops, missed you already answering. Sorry 'bout that....
