I'd say you did pretty good, since I get killed almost instantly
Final Exams pretty much knocked me out of this round. This is one of the Neatest games for the system, but I'll need put in some serious time to really learn how to play it. How about the graphics on that Death screen?!!

2,400 so far for me...
I'm still figuring out the manual on this one. The part about guessing the code seems a little ambiguous.

Throwing my 'Panama' Hat into the ring:
61,600
*Lookout Mr.Amiga, for I am steadily narrowing the gap by which my score can be compared to your lofty standard in terms of a percentage: 61600/710400= 0.0867117;
My current Rank = 8.67%
I figure if I can achieve a Ranking of "50%" in deference to you, I will have had an exceptional Run. However, in the event that you are able to improve on the impossible, this function will have to be adjusted accordingly: Rank=[(A/C+X)x100%];A=challenger's score, C(amiga-constant)=710400, X=variable.

I could imagine my score being expressed this way: 1480,00 --which might be ambiguously construed as 1.48 million?!
I might also imagine that any high scorer with 1 million would have reached paradise by then...and in any case better pony up with a bloomin' pic

370,160.
I managed this the other night, and noticed something strange- once past Dungeon 21, the one after the Worlord Dungeon with the vertical lines only- the game resets to the first level of difficulty. Except for lives remaining and score, it is as if you just started the game. You even get those bonus lives again, as if you are just starting.
Was that on actual hardware? What controller scheme did you use?..I'm itching to know.

HSC Season 7 Game 10: Mr. Do!
in 8-bit High Score Club
Posted
This is one of my all-time favorite Arcade games. It seems so long ago since I've seen a dedicated Mr. Do! coin-op, but this translation is spot-on :!:

On to find that ever elusive Diamond...
