Hi MacrosCode ANM, as it was implemented, uses a hw states pseudo bankswitching scheme. Emulators and Harmony have to be patched to support this behavior or else some gameplay will not work. Yes, there is a chance of releasing the ROM in the future but now we would like see more people having fun with consoles :-) Thanks for asking!

I would like to thank Marino Mux, Kosmic Stardust, sramirez2008, masematte, CrossBow, TomBrazil and other buyers for all the feedback received and videos made. You are great! On the shipping, we actually used the simplest (and cheaper) shipping method available in Brazil but I am aware that it is still expensive for USA standards. We had to make sure the game did not get any scratch, because even a little bending or mark on the box could ruin customer experience. So it was necessary to use double packaging to make sure the game would survive standard mail services handling. We experimented with different boxes and protections to make sure the final package was below 500 g, the maximum weight for the cheapest fee. I can assure you guys are paying the minimum shipping while having the best possible protection. We do care about details! :-)

Yeah, certainly sticking with a NTSC TIA was an economical decision. More carts would be available and transcoding to PAL-M was something already done at that time on imported NTSC VCRs (video cassette recorders)!

Interesting that never occurred to me to make such a comparison. I'll put it on todo list. The only problem is that delay adjustment, and by consequence color palette, without using calibration equipment is completely subjective. A console could even exhibit different colors in different TV sets due calibration mismatches on TV side.

No, Thomas, A New Marauder is NTSC. Brazilian VCS2600 consoles run NTSC cartridges. The video generated by NTSC TIA is "transcoded" to PAL-M before being modulated by means of additional circuitry. Only if you use an A/V output mod and bypass RF section the console output becomes pure NTSC. In this case you just need to change the crystal of the oscillator circuit to match the color subcarrier frequency.

We initially made available only five pieces worldwide because we have to experiment with all the things that international shipping involves, such as good packaging, insurance, forms and so on. We want to make sure you receive the game in good conditions. We will first ship those units already sold and then will let you know when the new batch is available, in a few days. We are selling then on eBay but if you would like to buy direct and save some bucks, please PM me. Note that we only list units that are ready for shipping. Theres is no "receive the money first and build the cartridge later" thing here. This is a project that already has been completely funded by us.
