I have hundreds if not thousands of C64 ( 5 1/2" floppies ) and Amiga 500 ( 3 1/4" diskettes ) games...not many are original..got them so many years ago, mostly from the BBS groups that were around in them days... I may just hook them all up again.... Is there any interest in this kind of stuff ?? Regards, Paulie ( GINNIDOG )

Okay, Since I am fairly new to the FORUM, but not the 2600... I read much stuff here now..and see many .bin or .bas files, etc.. Also read about Stella and Emulators and such I am totally lost with any of this stuff What type of programs do i need on my Windows XP, to read these files, and also test them out on my PC ?? I read many comments from other users complimenting those who post these .bin files, from there work on some 2600 projects.. I am in the stone-age, when it comes to the 2600 computer lingo stuff... So if someone has time to explain all of this stuff , please do so............... " I wish i knew 2600 programming" thanks in advance again, Paulie

1) Dont remember whom I got it from about 8-10 years ago...this is the first time i tested it. 2) i`ll try to get a clearer photo of the cartridge 3) i`ll also try to get a photo of the inside ( but I`m not taking it apart ) I played 4 levels of it so far..no problems..could it be 1 of the 125 in the world..I have no idea..but I`m keeping it.. Thanks for all the posts about this one. Paulie

Good News, I broke out my old VCR..managed to hook it a few different ways.. and now, I can proudly say, my 2600 works.. I even bought a Multi Component Video Selector, so I do have to hook and unhook any cables or wires..SWEET.. Now gonna spend a lot of time, testing out all my carts..including the hundreds of duplicates I have..I have much cleaning to do on many of them..even though most of my Atari stuff was stored in big deep plastic KMart bins Ciao for now Paulie

Good News: I got my 2600 to work through my VCR... and.......... I got a few pics of the Atari 2600 Coke & Pepsi game that I have ( Atari Loaner cart ) yeah.............

I`m totally lost as well. I bought a Multi component video selector ( which i have to return ).. it doesnt have Coax in..just A/V & S-video in.. I called a few Radio Shacks and Circuit City`s near me, and none either did not have a Multi Component Video Selector with AV and Coax in... or they didnt know what i was talking about.. I also have an old C64 monitor..how can i hook up the 2600 to it. .. ?? any/all help is greatly appreciated. I`ll also look for my old VCR, and give that a try PAulie

Okay, I got it to work ( turn on atleast ).. using an Atari 2600 Power supply ( 9V ) now, just to find a 2K or 4K Unimex cart..or maybe buy some Eprom boards ( and mount them into many of my `common` carts ( removing the old board , and replacing them with these blank Eprom boards ) Paulie

HEHEHEHE.. the dreaded crazy black version I know a few people like that too hahahaha Well, atleast i have a Pengo cart in my massive collection.. Paulie
-
I noticed the high price... I was looking at about 35-50 range myself..i can wait it out..no big deal Paulie PS.. I collect license plates, and belong to a well known group, and there are a few of these other plate collectors, that are extremely high priced...so I know what to look for when it comes to license plates.. as far as 2600 stuff...I got out of it like 8 years ago, and had some good knowledge on games, but now that i got back into it..i need to catch up again.

I also have a loose Pengo cart ( Silver label ) 1984 NTSC or PAL - ?? I dont know Paulie
