  1. The Bouncer, I don't think anyone has ever found one even though it was location tested and appeared in the background of a movie. I'd love to be proven wrong, though.
  2. I finished the translated version of the Japanese exclusive "for the frog the bell tolls" on gameboy. It's a pretty good game with a lot of polish. Not a perfect game, but definitely worthy of an international release. Definitely worth the $5 from aliexpress.
  3. The SC-3000 was released in Europe and the SG-1000 and SC-3000 were released in Australia. Since Australia is PAL territory, this probably led to the confusion.
  4. It's been a year since this thread as last updated. Any news or updates for the OMNI? I'm rather curious.
  5. There was an unlicensed nes port of the first 4 stages. I can't recall the name it goes by at the moment though. It looked reasonably good from what I remember. Edit: it was called Magic Dragon
  6. If you have a SNES, a Super Gameboy add on is quite affordable and a nice way to enjoy your GB games.
  7. Japanese copies of gameboy games are usually a lot cheaper. Plus, there are over 400 Japanese exclusives.
  8. Great game. I've played through it twice. The main issue I had with it was the amount of random battles, but I think they were supposed to have fixed that in the Gamecube port.
  9. The Fantasy Zone Series and Ghostbusters on the Genesis.
  10. Hi, I'm selling off a few treasures from my collection so I can focus on other things I'd like to collect. Japanese SMS console with Outrun Woody Pop complete with Paddle Control Enduro Racer complete Solomon's Key complete Nazca 88 with box NES Retro World Championships 2015 cart. https://www.ebay.com/sch/reverendkeith/m.html?item=133207682253&ssPageName=STRK%3AMESELX%3AIT&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562
  11. I fixed my Famicom's strange no audio issue after a few years. Sometimes when you'd turn it on, it was fine, and other times there was no sound. I tried everything: checked the voltages, continuity, replaced all the caps... It wasn't until recently when I pressed on the on/off switch a little while turning it on that I noticed the sound came back on when I applied pressure to the switch. So I cleaned the switch, put it back together and now it works flawlessly. I can only imagine that the issue was caused by the dirty switch providing just enough current to run the system but not enough to power the audio signal. Such a simple solution to a bizarre problem.
  12. I bought a Turtles in Time SNES repro/bootleg from AliExpress last year. It's pretty hard to tell it apart from a real copy.
