  1. Rom (he wrote knowing full well it was not the correct name), Here is the Pac-Man scan , let me know if its ok. Thanks, Tom
  2. It's this one: http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-2600-vcs-pac-man_20282.html Except yours is NTSC and has a longer label. Could you make a scan of it for the database? It's not found that often. Not really a Double-Game Package cart, although it looks very similar. Nice find. Thanks for the info once again and the kind word Sure no problem on the scan any particular size/resolution ? I guess you just want the front ? and how should I get it to you ?
  3. a small village in the south of France.....oh sorry , that was the Cone Heads " Le Ghost "
  4. Thanks for the info. Now I wish I had the box ! . The short cart must be realy short , since this one is already about 3/8 inch shorter than the standard Atari cart. Looks like the font is different from the picture but you said it matched the double games and obviously I know nothing about this cart. Also when they did the label , this one is off center but it has more of the picture (3 pac-men and they show the whole Eiffel tower...thank God , wouldn't dare insult the French and cut off the tower ) also a seperate end label. But this artwork/picture is great ! I saw it and just thought ...wow , you know how off the translations in manuals is on anything cheap from Taiwan , but this for pac-man is just too funny. Glad I picked it up. Thanks again for all the help info on it. TheOldGuy
  5. Yes , I was wondering if anyone would notice it. It's small but it's there , why , I have no idea , but then again , nothing on this label makes sense !! Does that make it "Le Pac-Man" ?
  6. My guess is - it is the original pirate artwork. There are tonnes of variations out there... Is it PAL? No it's NTSC (I believe as it does not roll and colors are right on) , it's the basic Atari Pac-Man except no copyright on the game screen. But I thought this picture was one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Space men (I guess are the ghosts)zapping pac-man well 3 of them(men)....like I said , I had to get it !
  7. I saw this , laughed my ass off , paid way too much knowing it was a Taiwan Cart , but the picture was so Corny I had to have it. Put in my Gallery , now I need to know which one of you made this !!!!
  8. Sorry, just me spouting off simplistic philosophy. Which is the best I can do since I am a human being. As human beings we really do suck when it comes to philosophy. If we are being monitored by aliens, which I doubt we actually are, I am pretty sure they are amazed at how utterly ignorant all of humanity is when it comes to Philosophy. Yes, now this thread has seen everything. Not to mention , Monitored by Aliens would be an excellent name for a Homebrew !
  9. Wow , glad I reviewed the posts or I would have missed this....25 years from now , this may be the "RARE SMASHED WITH A WRENCH VARIATION" on ebay ....is this listed yet , I want to get in early !!!!
  10. Shquata

So Corny , I had to get it !!!

I paid way to much for this and knew it was a "Made in Taiwan" Cart , but the picture on the label is priceless and I just wanted it !

  12. half-assed description of his stuff , but he managed to sneak that buy-it-now price in there
  13. And a brand new eBay member! That cart looks like it's been opened, judging by the screw holes in the label. ..Al Sorry for posting it here but I was not sure if anyone caught it yet and I figured it was still a pretty active here
  14. Hey, I took that crappy picture! ..Al I know this is the wrong place , and it may be known already but there is an air raid on ebay ...no not the Hozer one....here is the item: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 170472271464 just thought you might want to give it a quick check

  18. So here is my way too long story.... 2010 is a big year for my family. My wife and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary , My son is turning 21 and My wife is turning 50. We were planning to celebrate with a trip to Las Vegas and will be there from July 30th. All this and CGE2010 too ? OK , now that I have bored you all to tears , put me down for a YES for attending ...actually the 3 of us will be there ! Tom The Old Guy
  19. Old Guys 2 cents ....Heck , if it's a model you don't have yet or it's in better condition than the one you have and the price is ok ( everyones different on this point) , add it. I have said it before , it's a hobby and we ALL have paid high and at other times gotten great deals. We all like to say , I got mine for only ....... , and such , but if it feels right and it's ok condition / price for your collection and you can afford it , heck This is what we do ! Collect ! Ok , back to the home for me ! Tom "can I get extra credit for AARP membership" the old Guy
