atarinut76 replied to Crazy Climber's topic in Classic Console Discussion
now you just need a secret door behind the tv going outside so you can creep out to the flea markets first thing in the morning!! no really good job !! secret rooms are the coolest!! my gameroom is a secret room until you open the door. Then it's no longer a secret -
The Official "Thrift finds" Thread

About $5 each IMO. Coco games are one of those enigmas where they aren't nearly as common as carts for other systems but they don't command big dollars unless they're very rare like some of the Anteco carts. Some of the Coco 3 games like Rampage, Tetris, Arkanoid, Silpheed, Thexder, etc can be worth a bit more - like $10. One popular one is Dungeons of Daggorath but again, it doesn't command big bucks. I see some crazy ebay bins for coco stuff but that's not really surprising. awesome!! thanks for your help! I paid $15.00 for the lot.. I figured what the hell I never really see them in the wild. Eli's Ladder paperwork Waterwold complete + non Atari protos
atarinut76 replied to Buyatari's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Nope I bought at the end of a Philly Classic show from a guy who had a table at the show (where it was on display the entire show) he was not on the internet at the time. It was near complete (all you see plus cart) and I later sold off the cartridge when I was buying some rental property. I figured it would be much easier to find a loose cart than a copy with paperwork so I kept the paperwork. Now I am looking to raise funds again for another venture and I seriously question if I will ever be in the market for a cart again. haha I remember that guy!! he had a bunch of really nice boxed games too and I remember him saying that wasn't for sale. and yeah later that day he said he sold it and what he got for it!!! what's funny Buyatari is that next year he showed up again but not as a vender and he pulled out another from his front pocket!!!!! it was cart only and he said he paid $10.00 at a place in Lancaster!! -
I totally agree Gez, I guess some people just don't work hard for their coin.. and if their pockets are that deep and money is no object then they can do some refunding!! like I said in past posts. I've hung out with the guy and seemed like a cool guy!! don't mean I'll be kissing his rear anytime soon though
