Was the package insured? If so, have the guy open a claim in your name (VERY important), and have him create you an ebay invoice You NEED documentation as to how much you paid for the item, if he can't document how much HE paid, then the claim has to be in your name.

I agree, I used to pack my items VERY well, box, with a good support (stylophan o whatever the name it's) and I used to include the insurance in the shipping price, I mean, insurance wasen't an option, and I never had a problem, better safe than sorry

  4. well... i don't have soo many games for my GBA but I do enjoy Prehistorik Man (very well done) and Doom it's cool too, and the Namco Museum it's all right, I guess I'm just kinda waiting for the prices to go down a little bit more, 40 bucks for a game it's kinda expensive for me (when u have a morgage and a wife and two kids of course )

  5. Well, I think maybe the old man just make a joke or something like that. Of course, I'd rather wear a WWII patch on a jacket than a Activision Patch, remeber that generation of people didn't have video games to play, instead they had to fight for the world in wich we live now, otherwise, thanks to then we don't live under the Nazi flag or the comunism ideoligy. I personally know WWII veterans, and I think they really are the good generation, we should be thankfull to them instead to criticize them. Just my two cents
