  1. I was a bit suprised. The guy was real nice. What irked me was that it was $40 for one of them. In a fit of Hungarian rage, it was hurled at the concrete at an expedious rate.
  2. Thanks. I understand the non working thing. I paid $40 for Death Trap and $10 for, I can't remember the neam, but they both came from the same guy, and neither one worked. Who did you buy them from? Mine came from the bald guy in the back across from the Tron setup.
  3. I missed the one on Ebay shortly ago. I was stalking that and then it went for 20.50 That prompted this request (thanks to the advice of CPU man).
  4. Did he get removed from Ebay??? He was a bit slow on shipping stuff, but he did have fair deals. I got my copy loose from atari2600.com at PC4 for $35.
  5. I'm still laughing at this! The "infamous"....
  6. That will be something nice framed...congrats!
  7. I'm looking for Busy Police, Earth Attack, Farmer Dan, Ocean City Defender, Pinball, radar, and Turmoil. Any help would be appreciated.
  8. I have noticed that a loose copy of it (NTSC) generally goes for between $30 and $45 on EBay. $30, OK. $40, OK. $45? Well if you really want it, that's OK. More than that, wait. Another will come around.
  9. Fair enough. Consider it dropped. Maybe we just didn't see each other's point of view clearly and we can leave it at that. Totally fine with me. The "Duke" hoax was something that came up almost last minute. I really did not expect to see the reaction that it actually got. It is amazing what people would actually think. My favorite part was the link your 2600s' together with the included "Duke link." That was my favorite part. People actually inquired about the Duke link.
  10. Nevermind, you just don't get it. You just have to keep pushing and get "the last word" or "argument" in, don't you?. You are right, life is too short. Too short enough to waste any more time on this subject.
  11. Yes it is. Not only is that spamming here, but it is also spamming everywhere else. It really doesn't matter to me about FINANCIAL REASONS or not. It was just a curiousity whey after building up a collection over "20+" years, that all of the sudden you decide to sell and join a forum. Well, how are we to know if this is true or not? "It's all good", "Get your panties in a twist", stuff like that really puts off a not so positive immage when trying to sell stuff. Also, questioning the moderator of the forum that has been here since the beginning also does not breed trust. Are you a scam artist? I do not know, nor do I really care to know. You talk about people getting all defensive, when it seems to be you are the one getting defensive. You mentioned in one of your posts, People like to be addressed by their name, or by their ID, not "guy", but I'm getting off topic here. Nobody was asking you to prove anything. All that was being asked is that do you have any background within the realm of selling beofre anyone laid out $$$ when buying from you. That's all. Would you blindly lay down money for something without any knowledge of the individual's track record? How do we know you actually, and I quote, ""GIVEN away" rare games? If you are trying to sell, why do you give stuff away? To go on Infest with positivity? Killer Trades? Eat your negative comments? Holmes? Well... The infestation never started. I guess things just got off on the wrong foot. Killer trades can't happen if you are giving stuff away. Negative comments were never made until you posted the above post. Holmes? That goes back to the name calling thing I guess. If you have "years" of experience, why did you 1), not identify yourself as "person x" from "forum x"? Someone new to a forum that has been active in areas usually identify themselves from the other site, and 2) If you have been at this for "years", how 'come all of the sudden, you now join AA's forums? I'm not attacking, so do not misunderstand this, but did you just find out about AA? Calling a moderator of the forum "self righteous" is just not a good way to endear yourself to the forum and the people in it. How could you "WIPE" yourself with a game? Hey Pooyan, people around here are generally good people who help each other, not start shit. I was offended a bit to see a new person come in and talk smack about a moderator who has been good to just about everyone on the forum. It's probabally not in his best interest to say anything in response, but none the less, it was probabally offensive to him, as it was offensive to others, or at least myself. Hey, if you're really on the up-and-up, I have no problem with you, and would welcome dealings with you. Please, just be as understanding to others as you want others to be understanding to you. Welcome to the forum. I wish you the best of luck in selling your stuff.
  12. Craziest thing I ever did was to snipe CPUWIZ on an auction
  13. Well, quite frankly, I agree with CPUWIZ, especially when it comes down to someone showing up as a "new user" and all of the sudden comming out with deals like this, especially listed in a couple of threads. Why the need to start more than one thread about something to sell? Looks like spamming to me. I do have a question about your other thread. If you are selling something, or at least trying to sell something to one particualr individual, why do you list it in a public forum before that deal is made wit hthe origional person the stuff was offered to? That alone causes mistrust from people. The only other question is that why, after 20 years, are you selling this stuff now? Hey, I'm all for trading and selling this stuff. If you can, it would be appreciated if you would do in in a way that appears to me more on the up and up to most people, in the way of one thread, not multiple, and when you do put up your origional offer, list what you have instead of starting another thread about it. People, myself included, would think of that as spamming and turn off or away from any dealings with you.
  14. I didn't know I was mad! If I look mad in the photo, it's probably just that I was pretty tired, having gotten little sleep since Wednesday when I left for the show. ..Al Well, you may not have been mad, but the general reaction of people having to stand next to me for any length of time is that person being mad. Just ask my brother...
  15. Hey Albert, Are you still mad that you had to stand next to me in the picture?
  16. I forgot about the HBK / Jericho match. HBK wins.
  17. That was just a great time. Hopefully a few of us can meet up again at CGE and reform again at PC5 next year (sorry to jump the gun Dave). Hey Al, why do you look angry in the picture? Is that because you had to stand next to me???
  18. Yeah...that's what is was. My 4 key doesn't work. -20 to me for trying to rip off 2600.com wit hthe $5 sales. I still hit the wall of 2-9. Believe me, I have to take my paddles apart to get this right. I do dig that game. Hats off to Bob. Stan and I are still competing, but we're sending screen shots to each other now.
  19. Well, just put me into the all talk and no action category when it comes to my size. One of these days, I'll have to put up a picture of me in my years with long hair. That's a real bad-ass... yeah right! The only other "match" was hat lame one with the miller light girls and Tori/Stacy. I'm sorry, that was just total crap. It seems that I made a typo in my last post. The Stunt Cycles are $5 signed, not $5. Hell, I would buy them all if that's how much they were.
  20. I guess that you are right. I also must have put this in the wrong thread too. They are still available for $5 signed thru atari2600.com http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=23663
  21. It appears that Atari2600.com is selling off the remainder of the Stunt Cycle games that were at PhillyClassic this year. All of what they are selling has been autographed and they did not mark the price up, they're still $45. It really isn't a bad game. It's rather good, and in my opinion worth the $$$. https://www.atari2600.com/cgi-bin/cp/cp-app...g=prod&ref=4469
  22. I have to agree. We'd spend the afternoon there, go home and inhale dinner, only to go back and play again.
  23. I'll tell ya' what, I really like that game. Yeah, the game was $5 at the show. I kind of figured that it would show on EBay. If memory serves, the game sold a total of 30 at the show which I believe all were autographed. The other 20 were to be sold on atari2600.com for $45 but with no autograph. The booth also said that there was a possibility of more being produced and sold, albeit in a limited quantity.
  24. I'm looking for a 2600 Jr with the AV mod already done to it.
