Well, it hasn't existed for some time, my friend. I think the reason I took it down originally was because I lost the database and without it, I just didn't want to recreate everything again. If you ever need help with anything (site code, reviews, whatever) - just let me know. I don't frequent here much (limited time and all) - but you can follow the sister thread on my forums: http://www.monroeworld.com/forums/showthread.php?18730-CD32-Project.&p=258625 and if you need me, just give a holler. I'm a huge CD32 guy - have been since day one. I founded the Amiga shareware group Dark Unicorn Productions - we were actually working on a CD32 version of Scorched Tanks at one point - lost funding ... was going to be damn cool though Anyway, we ran a monthly "newsletter" called the DUP Dispatch. I reviewed a bunch of CD32 titles - might be good "starter" content if you need some canned reviews to boost content. I can dig them up if you like.

I still have my box scans too: http://monroeworld.com/cd32/covers/ Probably have them all, but there are a couple of more rare ones in there.

It's broken to hell, but you're more than welcome to pilfer anything off my old CD32 Zone site: http://monroeworld.com/cd32/ Anything database driven is broke, but there is still some good stuff there. My FAQ is more up to date -I maintained it for awhile. You might find some fun CD32 pictures and video from my little Phoenix, AZ gaming show: http://picasaweb.google.com/109671790828905238679/ShaneSPhotos#5503237055550181906 http://picasaweb.google.com/DualScreenRadio/MAP09# We did a cool PIP video showing CD32 Deluxe Galaga ... http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/8493921 And a full breakdown of all my CD32 stuff with nice big pics here (including innards and the SX-1). http://www.monroeworld.com/forums/showthread.php?18212-Preparations-for-Monroe-A-Palooza-Kick-Off-(Starting-with-the-CD32s) Anything else I can offer up, let me know!

I'm just busting your chops man! I've been called a lot worse. Even my show gets "filler" from time to time You should have come and seen me, bro. I like meeting everyone at CGE. You think my editorial was pretentious? I'm doing a gaming event for my fans and friends called MONROEAPALOOZA (someone coined it - and it stuck). Not much to see yet - but we're trying to get it all worked out. It's going to be a TOTAL BLAST! Anyway - next RGR has already been fleshed out and should hit this weekend. -

Sorry you didn't like it ... Appreciate posting the timecode to skip it though. Not like it was a lifelong dream to somehow be a part of the Dragon's Lair lineage. I hope the interview was AT LEAST to your satisfaction. -
The new October 2002 edition of RetroGaming Radio is now available. This includes the second part of the CGE 2002 interview with Mr. David Crane of Pitfall fame as well as a mini-interview with animation master and godfather of Dragon's Lair, Don Bluth. Here is the full release description: Another huge show packed full of goodies for you! We feature part two of the David Crane interview as well as a mini-interview about Dragon's Lair 3D with master animator and personal hero of mine, Don Bluth. We rant about companies that don't seem to want to take our money, follow up on the Act Labs Light Gun, talk about Microsoft buying RARE, Adventure 2600 (on the Quake Engine?!), plus - win a pair of Dragon's Lair 3D action figures in this month's contest (compliments of the Don Bluth folks), and my oh my - so much more. Another episode we recommend streaming instead of downloading!

Well, we don't intend the show for everyone; but we DO try to include segments for MOST everyone. The show was built on a pure opinion-based 'rant' session; and a good deal of the listeners could care less about interviews and product reviews - they tune in to listen to me b*tch. So we continue in the spirit of the show. Since so many of our rants are showing true over the years as we interview people in the business, its a good thing we continue to offer up our opinionated insights. Of course, this doesn't appeal to everyone either - so we added product reviews and of course, with an official presence at CGE this year, we were able to tap all the talent that was there. We have 12 months full of interviews as good if not better than David Crane's. I'd like to think when we get interviewees in the chair, we don't discuss the same canned questions seen in other mags and more structured presentations. And I think it produces a better interview. Sorry you found the show boring. Blame my producer for cutting all the good stories and branching entertainment pieces. Hopefully, despite the occassional "boring" segment, you'll continue to tune in anyway.
