I think they should show up the pitchers even more than they do. Why is it bad decorum for bat flips and stares but ok for pitchers to celebrate and fist pump after a K?

I agree with you Nuke. Sportsmanship is an all around thing and should be observed by all. If you finish a no hitter game? Go nuts! If you hit a grandslam? Well ya, you are gonna react. A strike out or a single banger? Move on to the next play and don't be a jerk about it.

it should be all about context. big homer in the middle of a blowout? no big deal. big home in extra innings? feel free to show some emotion.
