  1. I'm thinking of getting it. I began getting interested when I saw a Neo Geo Pocket Color emulator on Android. That would be the cherry ontop of a great sundae that is all the systems it offers to emulate.

I'm not normally a portable fan, but I genuinely enjoy all in one devices IN ADDITION to my real hardware. Simply put, it's the reason why I like the Wii U. When my wife is watching TV, I cant play games. So this would fix that issue.

Do you recommend it? How is the build quality? Have you tested the NGPC emulator? How does the DC run? I've seen a few games work well. Also, how are the triggers? I see there are 4, but they look like they might be uncomfortable. Oh, and are the joysticks like the Vita's? Good sensitivity?

    Thanks!

  2. Huh.. that's an interesting little handheld. I'll have to look into that.

Currently playing a few things, per usual:

3DO - Need for Speed, Creative Shock & Star Control II

Xbox One - Nothing until Destiny haha

    N64 - Banjo Kazooie

Neo Geo PC - Big Tournament Golf, Fatal Fury 1st Contact and Pac-Man

  3. Thanks CatPix! If that's the case, I will be in the hunt for a duo and maybe one day supergrafx!

Don't get a Duo. Unless it's capacitors have been changed, as well as it's laser. They're...poorly made. Pony up and get the Duo-R or Duo-RW (same system, different controller. Or do what I did and get an R system and buy the RW controller separately). You'll thank me later, I promise.

  4. Well, this ends in utter frustration.

They tested the unit after I bought it... drive was broken. He claims it was working before he listed it. Q I got a couple years ago, arrived broken... disc drive, once again.

Got my refund, found a guy on Craigslist. Looked great in pictures...asked for a video. In the video he sent me it was dented in the back, so bad it looks like it was dropped on the floor, scratched... and drive didn't work.

    (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

F*** it. Bought a new spice gc with matching gba player. Screw it.

  5. Lots of bubble wrap and a larger box with room and lots of cushioning. That way if it does get dropped or if the truck takes a bump, it shouldn't hurt the system. That's about all I can think of, pretty much the same thing you would do with any other console.

That's what I figured. Just so nervous as the only one I ever owned broke in transit. Fingers crossed...

I'll let you guys know if it gets here ok.

  6. I'm buying a Q from somebody out of state. I've had one Q before and it arrived broken. Granted it was poorly packed and came all the way from Japan. This is only one state away. But I'm curious, is there any specific way to ship this to help protect the fragile tray?

I've thought about asking for the tray to be taped shut. And of course wrapped well in bubble wrap. But outside that I'm kinda stumped. Is thepart of the tray that breaks a vibration issue in transit or from the package being hit really hard.

Just want to get this thing here in one piece

  7. Dude I know the feeling. I've been really lucky recently. 42 dollar japanese 3DO. 5 dollar GC controllers. 2 dollar Mario Tennis 64. Boxed Neo Geo PC games. Stunt Racer 64 for cheap. Hor GC pad for 30 bucks in mint shape. PC Engine Duo R boxed shipped to me in mint condition as a replacement for a yellowed, unboxed one that was broken when shipped to me on eBay. 150 dollar Wii U Deluxe. Etc Etc..

I've had a good last couple months...

  8. Hey,

I can answer all your questions. The 3DOs are region free. ALL games will work on the Japanese systems. Most games will work on the US systems. Only games that don't have Kanji on the disc won't play on a US system. But all of them will play on a Japanese console.

Games, if American, will display with English... like any other game :). The system won't translate them for the console's regional language. So all your American games will display like on an American system.

Personally, I think the FZ-10 is the best system. The FZ-1's can have faulty front loaders. I'd double check that it's in premium condition to guarantee you won't have problems down the road. Otherwise, the japanese models are the best. I have an american and Japanese FZ-1s and while I love them both, I tend to play on the Japanese one the most as it's completely open to any game I put in.

Hope this helped. Good luck, and I hope you get a 3DO soon :). You'll love it.

  9. No controller, in good shape (not like, super collector condition, there are a couple scratches, but very nice). Comes with AV and power cords. Tabs have been removed so it plays games from both regions, however it's a Japanese model at heart. Got an RGB model, so I just don't need this around anymore.

    $25

  10. Not really "for sale", so figured I'd ask if anyone here needed it, I'd post it here.

It's the manual that came with the Neo Geo CD (the small top loader model). In good shape outside a couple dog ears, otherwise crease free. Comes with the yellow sheet of paper that was inside it.

PM me and it's yours. I have no use for it, as I don't have the console anymore.

  11. Up for sale is a Pikachu 3DS XL in VERY good shape. No scratches on the screen. Top/bottom is in fantastic shape. This one comes with the original box, also in great shape, with all the original innards.

Not sure whether or not to sell it with the games or without, to be honest. So if you have an offer, just PM me or post here. The games I have are all in fantastic shape. They include Tomadachi Life, Animal Crossing (3ds), Kirby Triple Deluxe, Starfox 64 3D, Super Street Fighter 4, Steel Diver, and Kirby Super Star Ultra (original DS, only game without case/manual).

    $399 for the whole lot.

    Thanks.

    Pictures up tomorrow morning.

  12. Needs to be in great condition, with original Panasonic controller and remote. Box is not important. The disc drive MUST be working 100%. No exceptions.

Thanks! (PM me , don't post here, if you have one)
