  1. I never thought I would ever have to do this. I have up for sale my Bounty Bob Strikes Back cart. The label is in decent shape with the typical actiplague from age. I am asking $300 OBO. If someone pays the 300 asking price, shipping is on me. This cart will be send in a box priority mail with DC and insurance. If shipped any other way, I am not responsible for lost or damage. Payment by Money Order only. Canadians, if you wish to purchase the cart, be known that I am not responsible if the cart is lost or damaged by customs. Shipping to canada is up to the buyer on how to send it. I will not sell the cart outside the US or Canada. I dont want to deal with international shipping. Thank you. I hoped to never sell it, but I have bills stacking up. Please PM me with offers.
  2. What I ment to say is I have a BBSB that I am willing to lend to 8Bit. 8bit, please PM me.
  3. rent? I got one. CPUWIZ says that I can trust you, PM me.
  4. I kinda see this as the CD - vs - vinyl deal. You had people back in the early 80's who thought that CD's were harsh sounding and too expensive. But as the 80's went on into the 90's, we all know the CD wins hands down. The answer is ease of use. The CD is compact to carry anywhere and takes up less space. Also, when handle properly, you never have to clean it. But even today, most critics will say that vinyl is a better source than CD. Anyway, I see this downloading technology as the future as we know it. Sometimes, I dont want to go to walmart or EB to buy a copy of a new game because its always crowded with people. Hell, to find a place to park is aggrevating sometimes. If its easy to use and available at anytime, It will sale eventually. People now dont want to get out anymore and be active, so the "couch potatoes" will love this.
  5. The vectrex can have small problems with age, but most, if not all problems can be fixed my a TV repairman. The hum will always be there. If its bothersome, you can take some packaging tape (the clear stuff) and put some over the speaker grill. Cuts down on alot of that hum. One Of my units had an intermitant problem where if you tapped on the case, the picture (video) would go in and off. My TV repair man fixed that for me and didnt charge me for it. He said it was a simple problem, but I dont know what it is. Another unit had scaling problems. This was fixed by replacing the capacitors in it and refocusing. Charge 40 bucks to do that. The volume pot gets noisey, if you know what you are doing, you can clean this with cleaner. Rat Shak sells Deoxit and it work very well and keeps the noise down for a long time. If you dont want to do it, the Repairman can go it for you for a small fee.
  6. Wait till gnome gets to the "library". Its where "all hell breaks loose" It took me a couple of nights to get through that. Use the shotgun for poping the guys and the assult rifle for the spores. Dont be afraid to use a grenade when they are in groups.
  7. I think hes at the part where the light bridge is flashing on and off in the base. I dont remember where it is at (this part of the game was really fustrating to me), But there is a bunch of boxes in a corner of a room. Dont recall which room, but its was rather open. But anyway, you have to run and jump on the boxes (or whatever there called) and jump to the second level. Then from there proceed to the open door to escape.
  8. Carts (sorry for the bad photo, I dont have a digital camera and Im using a polaroid)

  11. Howdy folks, I need some questions answered about an Item I have not received. The item is here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=3073451969 Aution was ended on Jan 26. I send payment on the 27 and reached her on the 29th. She said that she got it and was packing it up to be sent. Thursday, Feb 5, I emailed her asking where the item was. She sent me this email: So with that, I gave her another week. Still no package It is now the 15th, should I give her a somewhat "disgusted" email, or should I report her to ebay? The fact that she was going to send me the tracking number that night and I didnt get it makes me steamed. Also, what is the rules in how long she can take to deliver a package? TIA, -Emerson
