  1. Ive got a prototype Jaguar Pro-Controller

Ive also got the Jaguar Space-tec prototype controller and 2 Jag VR prototype guns(black and grey)!

    JAGUAR RULES! :D

Got pics of the guns buddy?

no,but ill see if i can take some for you guys. When i say "gun" i mean joystick. They are kinda like this one only smaller http://www.vrealities.com/su2000.html

Wow I played the VR at E3 93 I believe. Don't remember much as I was 3 years old but what i do remember was it was an exposed cart about 6 inches tall and it had gameplay similar to Space Harrier except it was free-roaming. It was behind closed doors but my friend and his dad got me in because he worked with Sega or with one of the game developers. I forget which one.

  2. I occasionally search around for any of the old Nintendo Color Tv Games (6, 15, etc.) and haven't been too successful. Just found one today though for what I'd consider a steep price ($275). Here's the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/NINTENDO-TV-GAME-15-FA...6QQcmdZViewItem

Is this a rip off? The same guy seems to be selling a heavy 6er for $350 and an Atari joystick for $45!?! This leads me to believe that he's a total scrub. But I haven't ever had much luck finding any Color TV Games for sale, so I have nothing to compare it to.

Yes it's a rip off. Its worth $100 tops.

    It's apparent he's a near 70 year old douche. a Heavy 6'er for $350? A joystck for $45? Shit i got both at a garage sale for $25.

  3. I think CPUWIZ had some playstation ones a while ago.

    SNES-CD (codename PSX)

That sold on ebay awhile ago. I think it was upwards of $1000.

I sold mine (the one in the picture) on chasethechuckwagon.com for $800.00. Got a bunch of PS3 prototype controllers stashed away for the future. :D

Where do you get your stuff?

  4. Update: I just posted a small video on Youtube:

Still not playable, but opening and sounds are already done. I believe this thing is really coming later this year. :)

Sounds a little high pitched. Is this because of the limited sound hardware? Also sign me up for a copy.

Actually I am aware that sound is around 20% above the correct pitch. That's something I need to fix. I also need to come with some way to simulate the pulsing red Arkanoid ship. But so far so good, I am satisfied with the results... :)

For the glowing, just take the blue into photoshop and increase the red on a shade of blue until you like the result then try to find the closest match with the Colecovision's palette.

  6. I have a model 2 Genesis with a model 2 SEGA CD. I just like how they complement each other. A model 1 Genesis on a model 2 CD looks archaic and vice versa. Anyway my favorite games as of now are Sonic CD, Street Fighter II Special Champion Edition, and Columns. I had a SNES when I was younger so I don't really have any nostalgia towards any Sega franchises. It's sad to say but the first time I played Sonic 1 was in 2003. Now I'm a full blown collector and retro gamer.

  7. I'm thinking about buying a Turbo Duo and notice that on Ebay these go for crazy $ amounts ($300 and up). Why? Back in late '88 I purchased the Nec TurboGrafx 16 and don't even recall seeing (or ever heard of) a Turbo Duo. I didn't know these existed until I recently purchased a flash card for the TurboGrafx and saw that it will also work on these.

Is this a case of Ebay just being overpriced or is this an item in high demand?

High demand. It's not rare or anything but it's very useful. It plays everything and is region free.

  8. I've been told the Atari's TV signal is too weak to trigger automatic switchboxes, like those that came with the NES and later systems. So, if you have multiple devices that need to connect to your TV's coax, you may consider something like this for two devices, or this for three devices. Radio Shack sells, or used to sell, such things locally. Best Buy or any other such store may have them as well.

Yep. I wonder if there is a way to boost the signal.
