If you believe shipping is too high to begin with, why bother bidding and then leaving a bad star rating to the seller? You know beforehand what shipping is going to be, to buy the item anyway is not very intelligent to me if you already have issues. What is your ebay username so other sellers can go ahead and block you beforehand? On another note, shipping in a bubble envelope for any item you want to be sure it arrives safely is not a wise thing to do. No matter how much protection you put in with the item, the process used to process mail and transport it simply is not reliable enough to hope it arrives safely. I have shipped over 10,000 packages and received thousands. I learned quickly to only use bubble envelopes for lightweight paperback books or individual carts that can be wrapped before putting in the envelope. I have received so many items in bubble envelopes that did not arrive in the condition they were sent out in. Some of these were very valauble boxed games that decreased the value by half.

FedEx has the most damaged items received among the 3 carriers. I used to receive about 100 packages a week and 50% of the items received through FedEx arrived damaged, or the box so destroyed if the item could have been damaged, it would have been. FedEx fortunately was the least used among the 3 carriers, but still I grimaced whenever I saw whatever item I had ordered was coming FedEx.

Wrong, ebay will side with the buyer if they are not happy with their purchase for this situation. New in the box means exactly what it implies and this item from what has been provided does not match that. Believe me, buyer trumps seller unless the seller is able to provide solid evidence to the contrary and there is nothing to support the seller.

It was real and there was actually another one that came to auction (on Ebay) right around the exact same time this one was auctioned on Game Gavel. There are two known original examples, I believe at this point.

If it was over $250 and you did not get signature confirmation, you will lose any claim. Under $250 (even $249.99) as long as delivery confirmation shows delivered to the PayPal address (not another address the buyer may have asked you to mail to), you should win the dispute.

Well, for one, they will not allow payments above $10,000, or at least it used to be that way.

I would prefer a PREMIUM MOVIE EDITION (boxed edition), but would accept a STANDARD EDITION if the boxed edition does not materialize. Thank you Kenny
