  1. BURGERTIME (TI-994/A) MOERO!! PRO YAKYUU (SHARPTWIN FAMICOM) SPACE INVADERS '95:ATTACK OF THE LUNAR LOONIES(COIN-OP)
  2. Wow. This makes me think of the radio interview I did with Pitfall creator David Crane back in 2015. Heard it again on my station the other night and David mentioned about the Crash. Told me at least on a positive note it did make a whole lot of games alot more cheaper.
  3. I'll never forget the hype surrounding Mario 3. It was massive. Just that one game every kid had to have back in 1990!! lol Glad I have two copies now,one loose and the other still boxed. I only beat it one time. That last level is tough as nails!!!!!!
  4. My mom wasn't a gamer(never seen her ever play a game ever),but she did introduce the Atari 2600 to me and my sister. I remember my dad liked playing Donkey Kong and Moon Patrol the arcade games a longtime ago,but he wasn't a big video game fan in general. My dad did work in Silicon Valley during the 80's and even majored in computer science. He liked a few games off the Atari 2600,only Robot Tank,Combat, and Commando Raid. Top Gun the NES game he liked as well, but other than that I remember my dad hating video gaming mostly lol.
  5. 8 EYES (NES) .... Interesting game, but feels like a cheap ripoff of Castlevania. 720 (NES) ..... an okay port of the arcade but got boring quick. PINBALL ACTION (COIN-OP) ..... Great pinball arcade game!!! Good graphics and controls.
  6. Some good gaming on a chill Sunday! Playing these games before I eat some pizza... MEGAMANIA (ATARI 5200) CHAMPIONSHIP SPRINT (COIN-OP) ARKANOID (COIN-OP)
  7. Hyperscan sounds like a great concept, but the minimal library of poor quality games is what kills it. I was gonna give it a chance because I do like the concept of trading cards with games, but the way they've executed it was very half assed. Looking into it,the games suck for Hyperscan!!!! LOL Not even one good game for the thing, they're all garbage. The console itself looks like a freaking supermarket checkout line scanner LOL
  8. I'd love to see for the 5200: Bubbles Journey Escape! Secret of NIMH Smurfs Zoo Keeper Elevator Action Joust 2:Survival of the Fittest Marble Madness Food Fight Double Dragon Championship Sprint Pole Position 2 Macross The Legend of Kage Mappy E.T.
  9. Damn. This makes me love Dio even more!!! \m/
  10. "Scene" ?!?! LOL!!!!!!!!! Never cared for any "scene" as I am not a scenester. My love for gaming is eternal. I'm a gamer for life. Screw scenes.
  11. SNES version all the way for me. Some of my best memories was playing it a bit with my younger brother that passed away.
  12. I'm flattered people on the Atari 7800 Facebook group have been asking me to sign the carts! And today someone from Japan bought my game. They understand the anime vibe... Get a copy while supplies last!! This is a cart that's history in the making.
  13. Nice rare find! I never heard of the game til now and it looks rad. Makes me wonder what Howard Scott Warshaw might think of it lol. So what's the price of this game going for?
  14. Don't think I was ever mad at an Atari 2600 game lol,but I guess trying to beat Pitfall 2 was frustrating.
  15. Also.... ColecoVision Spy Hunter>>>>>>>>>>>> NES Spy Hunter The ColecoVision version is much more closer to the arcade. Even the 5200 version of Spy Hunter is wayy better than NES Spy Hunter imo. Which is why I don't hold the NES version in high regard!
  16. If I had played NES Spy Hunter before trying the arcade... I think I would like it better, but that wasn't the case really. Sorry opinions. I just think it's a very boring arcade port, and the graphics are not as good compared to the arcade. On the bright side, there is that glitch in NES Spy Hunter where you can drive along the side of the road throughout the whole game lol. I think that's the only fun part of it. There are great arcade ports for the NES though, but imo they are few,far and between. Gauntlet 2 for the NES is an excellent port imo.. It's way better than the Tengen Gauntlet, and more closer to the actual arcade. The only thing missing in Gauntlet 2 for NES is the thief character, but other than that it's very close.
  17. Yea I already know the arcade doesn't have an ending(most of those early arcade games didn't obviously),but what makes it more superior to the NES port are the much more excellent graphics and sound which makes that kind of gameplay more tolerable. The NES version is complete garbage compared to the original arcade! I find that to be the case with alot of NES ports such as Gauntlet. Most of them are just inferior versions of the arcade that lacks what made the arcade versions so special. Just my opinion though.. I really always felt Spy Hunter was the worst release by Sunsoft.
  18. Haha, I never liked the NES port of Spy Hunter, that game sucks!!!! lol Just my opinion though. I'll never forget how disappointed I was the first time I tried it,and how boring it is compared to the arcade. No ending either. Just meanders and is just very repetitive. Never beat it lol. I agree it is one of the super hardest NES games ever. I have beaten Ninja Gaiden more than once... The whirlwind weapon is how you beat the final boss! Never beat Top Gun either, but I know how to land the plane while drunk.
  19. My NES top ten (in no particular order).... 1) Metroid 2) Ninja Kid 3) Legendary Wings 4) Cobra Triangle 5) Ninja Gaiden 1 (yes I beat that lol) 6) Super Mario Bros.2 7) Galaga RC Pro-Am 9) Zanac 10) Legend of Zelda Honorable mention: Adventure Island
  20. Haha no I am not offended in general, but making the assumption that most people who post here are over 40 years old is kinda ignorant. Actually what makes forums a dying breed imo, is that whole status quo "cliquey" mentality people develop on forums. Then when someone doesn't agree with their mentality or calls them out, then that person gets ganged up upon by a bunch of "know-it-alls". Lol I think that is lame!!!! And if forums want to survive ,that mentality needs to go. And yes sexism does exist on this website, and also other forums as well. (Something I hope will change! Because there are women like me who are very passionate about games) .Funny people will ignore that fact, but honestly I've had some rather disrespectful sexist remarks thrown at me well within the last 6 months here, and I didn't say anything to trigger such responses other than expressing my love and knowledge of videogames, and I happen to be close friends with Nolan Bushnell thank you very much!!! If I post on my status saying I'm gonna interview Nolan soon(which I am btw),I get mostly weird jealous trollish type responses, but if someone else(who is male) posts the same status as me they get all the respect in the world,go figure.
  21. I disagree. Not everyone here is old. I'm not even 40 yet for crying out loud!!!! Ageist(and even Sexist) remarks and assumptions are why forums are a dying breed IMO. Anyways I don't mean to feed this troll thread lol, just saying.... Video game skills are like riding a bicycle also. You will never forget unless you just flatout suck at games to begin with.
  22. When I'm backstage at the Ozzy show in a few months,I'm also going to meetup with Adam Wakeman the keyboardist!!! \m/ Btw, what's your favorite all-time Ozzy song???
