  1. I hate Atari 2600, never appreciated it, also when was 12... but let me receive the homebrew version of JUNO FIRST, one of my favourite arcade games, and I will finally use the 2600 TO PLAY and not only to test games I collect as an hobby.
  2. yes, silly question. thanks for reply Luc Huh... what? why are you confused, Eduardo? :D :D ops I still confuse Luc with Eduardo, for me they were simply the two Opcode guys..
  3. hi in Italy, with the crash of summer 1984 all consoles disappeared from the shops and the magazines. Practically at same time Commodore 64 in Italy and Germany surfaced as number 1 ( in UK the Spectrum ) and only some magazines reported a new console was just launched in Japan but to be not launched here. The Sega sc3000 computer was also distributed here but it was as expensive like the C64. So, we had the paradox to have in few months a library of thousand games for the Commodore but with friends we had to spend 5 to 10 minutes to load each game and nostalgia for a cartridge based system was great and we were still using our Colecovision or intellivisions to play when in group. So, when the DINA appeared we saw the advantage to have a new Colecovision available (a lot were dead because the ac adaptor dead) with the advantage of using also a Sega sg ( whose console was here not imported, the computer version very expensive but the carts very common and relatively cheap )(C64 carts arrived here in limited numbers because piracy represented 99,9 of our libraries..). Then the dina was also very much appreciated because had the advantages of a colecovision WITHOUT those terrific joisticks. with my bad english not easy to explain but in 1984 we were orphans of US consoles and Dina was a new products to use old games. The same reason for which I am ready to buy now the CV2 when released...
  4. it is a fact, it seems, apart REVOLUTIONIKA, no other homebrew programmers active in 2011...and, on the other side, all the days new games come for 2600 (primitive machine) and ColecoVision. What about the Blue Sky team ? years ago I was receiveng their newsletters thes nothing. Is their website still active ? new games ? and why do not surface unfinished games or prototypes ? before internet era in Europe 1999 - 2000, all our fanzines were hoping new games would have surfaced from US...I am becoming old and Intellivision is now only a shadow. what a pity. Max
  5. I have one, only bought to play UTOPIA hoping to find an enhanced version..... but now interested to buy any item or game or expansion... if have any pls let me know I can trade with new sealed games or new Intellivoices
  6. Should be great. Now if someone would just release an intv double ender. Sounds cool. I'm intrigued...almost sounds.....Revolutionary. I just need to get a game plan going and start it. I´m intrigued too, but is a private joke or a real project? ready to buy all homebrew games for Intellivision IF available in cartridge form. Keep me informed. MAX Max, best thing to do is to sign up at Intellivisionlives.us website and subscribe to the newsletter so you can stay up to date (or just check back here as we'll be posting about the games) As an aside, I'm part of the group buying the Sunrise CV games from you through Luc at Team Pixelboy. I believe I read you acquired some Intellivision games as part of your warehouse buy. Any idea which games? hi As Luc knows my time for hobbies is zero because of continuous biz trips and this week was the first at home after 3. No more time for my hobbies that were videogames and veteran cars of the 60's 70's and 80's.... I got this big inventory years ago but then never had time for selling single pieces on Ebay or similar. Also the warehouse where I stocked is very small and need to sell first the Sunrise carts (some hundreds if not a thousands) before to open other cartons. For sure next cartons I can see piled are for Parker games (Colecovision) and Compumate keyboards and Supercharger hardware and software for 2600. Sincerely, for Intellivision I think to have only some dozens Intellivoice and some Videoplexer and then some old titles. I remember a big carton Spectravideo for Intellivision but never opened it. My problem is no time for selling 1 cart...it would be nice Luc accept to act as my agent there for collecting big orders or I sell to other stockists but as you can imagine their offers ridicoulous, this material packed since 1982 - 1983, no urgent to sell it for...free. stay in touch. Concerning Intellivision I reconfirm my interest. have a nice weekend. Max

  8. Only possible with extensive hardware modification... yes, silly question. thanks for reply Luc
  9. Hi there a silly question : why all the months new games released for Colecovision but also for 2600 or other systems of the 80's... and nothing for the Intellivision system ? In Europe rumours say no new games because the owners of the brand do not permit them....where the truth ? so difficoult programming games for this console in 2011 ? I repeat... a silly question...but no one thread or blog or website explain it well. Thanks for reply, I am 43 and it is 25 years now expecting for some new games .......... sigh best regards from Milano, Italy Max
  10. Hi there sorry for silly question but.... why do not create a module for playing Sega sg 1000 cartridges ? or MSX1 games ? I read everywhere of new Colecovision games that are ports of these systems so why not an adapter ? another adapter I would suggest is for Epoch Supercassettevision, a console I suppose never arrived to US but with great games. and what about a Creativision (Dick Smith Wizzard) adapter ? In Europe a lot of clubs support these systems. Hope one day Collectorvision or Pixelboy or Opcode or others will spend some times on it... Best regards from Italy Max
  11. I know, I miss the point but I dream to play OZMA WARS and SUPERTANK arcade games on the ColecoVision ... sigh
  12. dear Collectors times ago I purchased a very big inventory of Colecovision and Atari 2600 games from the italian importer, gone bankrupcy ten years ago. Next few weeks I will be finally able to open those big cartons stored in a strict warehouse and will put for sale : a lot of new Supercharger hardware, new and sealed. a lot of new and sealed games (tapes) for Supercharger. Also for sale I will have some labels, tape boxes and machineries to create, how to say in my poor english, original copies of the original games...this because this importer was also charged, late 1982 or 1983,to produce directly ( or better, to assembly directly) the games for sale to Europe. Where interested please let me know. I will accept bids for this inventory, big or medium size orders. Thanks for your attention. P.S. As a collector of 8 bit games I can accept trades, more interesting than money. All consoles and all games welcome for 8 and 16 bit systems.
  13. Some romsets are made in Italy !!! proud to have had some part on it.
  14. Jeff31 is crazy January for releases is clearly impossible. But February is the right month. Isn't it ??? Pls book all the 2 titles for me Kind regards from Milano...
  15. Dig Dug is great to play on the real thing ! ciao
  16. Hi there I see a lot of websites with a lot of ROMS there. Some websites seem to have more versions of same game. Which the right one to choose from ? or which the best site for them ? Where to find the SUPER DONKEY KONG JUNIOR with the intermission scenes ? a lot of roms with the 4th screen (missing in the standard version for the console) are available but no intermission scenes. Where to find it ? pls pls pls and then...why none of the homebrewers spend some time to release the original Dragon's Lair for our beloved Colecovision ??? 25 years have passed and I want to play it on the real thing before too old..I am 42 now...damn..time is passing.. thanks for any info, best regards and MERRY CHRISTMAS Max
  17. Hi there, we a group of 6 italian Colecovision collectore, aged 39 - 42. We would be interested to a Colecovision able to play all ( extremely rare to find in Europe ) ADAM games like Dragon's Lair or Super Subroc etc. Where needed we can eventually participate in financing such a project, if concrete. Actually, because some games extremely rare or too expensive to buy, we are creating our own new cartridges recycling old casings and loading in cart form all the roms we find. Playing DigDug or Meteoric Shower in cartridge form to the real thing is 100% better than playing with emulators and you immediately feel yrself 25 years younger. Hope Collectorvision, OpcodeGames or PixelboyTeam will port JUNO FIRST to our Colecovision. Long life to ColecoVision.
  18. Hi there I beg yr. pardon for my bad english. some friends of mine are putting on eprom all roms I can find for Colecovision. I have a question about Super Donkey Kong and Super D. K. Junior We all know the Colecovision versions, 3 stages each. I have now played on the real thing the SUPER versions I received, made for the Adam version, but one thing not clear to me... the SUPER version od D.K. have 1 screen more and ALL the intermission scenes. Amazing. The SUPER version of D.K. JUNIOR my friends found on all rom sites HAVE the additional screen but HAVE NOT the intermission scenes. Why ? help me, where can I find the right rom to download ? Many thanks for yr. help Kind regards MAX
  19. Hi there Paypal...and Ebay yes I know it of course.. I am in Ebay since years as monica4093 but only as a Buyer and you see my feedback is 100% ok. Also true that my 95% purchases are in USA or Canada. But let me say in Italy banks and Paypal not so friends and therefore fees, here or there, exists and really high. Also where you eventually send money as a gift!. So, as US soldiers were used to write during WWI in their letters : ITALY I Trust And Love You... so let me say the same. I am a serious guy and for sure I will not become rich selling Colecovision carts... I suggest you pay cash with registered letter. So cask arrives. I receive it and you know when. I have then only to dispatch the games. I do not insist of course. That's all. Also let me say that we can also trade !!! I can trade these carts ( I have the last hundreds ) for any other new or used but complete in box, software in cartridge or disk for any of the old generations consoles or homecomputers with only very few exceptions. I love 8 and 16 bit systems so...yr. proposals welcome. Thanks again for yr. attention and send best regards. MAX
