I don't think it's that bad. A little slow, sure, and it's weird that only one of the four enemies isn't a flashing block, but I think it's pretty decent overall.

I also am a mild fan of the Burgertime 2600. If you do a search, there's an interesting thread that talks about how the missiles and ball are used to portray the different enemies.

I like it. I agree that you can't tell what half the baddies are supposed to be, but having played other versions I kinda like how easy it is. When my wife played the arcade version my first son, when he was first learning to talk, said "Will you play the game where you make the four delicious cheeseburgers?" KYEEEEEWT!!
