    Wow, 45 years old and that was the first time I made pancakes.

      I made my first waffles at 40 or 41. I have tried to make pancakes a few times, but it is hard to get them to hold together.

      Pancakes are an absolute snap on my new griddle. Just a minute and a half or so and flip it over. They stay together really well. Both pancakes and bacon turned out great.
