  They must take after Verizon. I quit Ridiculously Expensive Verizon so I could get Ultra Cheap Spectrum Mobile. They asked me why I quit. I responded I was tired of the high bills. So, they sent me a Giant bill* for quitting and begged me to come back.
  
  *(To be fair, it included paying off my Verizon Phone, which was almost identical to my Spectrum Phone, but of course neither was compatible with the other's service)...Plus I'm sure they threw in there some fee for quitting, which was hidden in the fine print nobody reads...
