The problem with projection tv's and video games are stationary images. If you believe what the AV forum people say burn in happens pretty easy. I got scared off from getting a projection because of that and went with the 40" sony instead. I was afraid I would fall asleep playing something and wake up to find the screen burned in.

Wavebird is the best. I think the ps2 one is too small also it gives me cramps.

does the swirl happen at random or does something trigger it I seems random to me. I played that one alot on the 2600 it seems much easier to control on the computer.

I got it for dreamcast (euro version). It's ok the only things I don't like are it's kinda dark so it's hard to see sometimes (I guess I like bright shiny games) and it has that "feature" where the character grabs the ledge when you are going to fall well sometimes you need to fall and you get stuck because he won't let go. I was released in europe for ps2 and dreamcast so if you want it I would just get one of those versions who knows if it will ever come out here.

I think they would rather release them one at a time on the GBA for 30 dollars each.
