I found that you can easily setup XBOX 360 or the PS3 with Hulu and Netflix and Youtube using the PlayOn Software. I spent couple days trying to figure out how to do it when I came across the site www.thefuzznetwork.com and found some awesome step-by-step instructions that helped me a lot. The first time I visited the site the information was a little vague.. but seems like there has been a huge effort to make it user friendly including videos and step-by-step instructions.
