  1. RealSports played againsed you... all the RS games did. Thats why they are so coo :-) RS Baseball is the best too, cause you can steal bases in mondo quick time :-)
  2. Image burn is a problem with CRT monitors and has to do with the phosphors on the glass, can't recall right now specifically what it is. Projection TV screens are just a type of material, and don't suffer from this problem. It's like saying if one slide at the movies stayed on and never changed, the image of that Ad would be burned into the screen. :-) Would be a neat way to get a sun tan though :-)
  3. Playing video games will not hurt a projection television :-) Whoever told you that was upset you didn't buy their super duper warantee to protect againsed video game burns :-) But if you keep your face like that too long it will stick like that forever :-)
  4. Are you kidding? :-) Playing video games on a big screen TV is the american dream :-) I am asuming it's a projection television due to it's size, so I don't see how anything could harm it. However as for Atari consoles, you may be dissapointed at the resolution. You're going to have to sit a ways back to make sense of what's going on :-)
  5. I remember thinking it was keystone capers from the very beginning :-) The last five letters of the first five games is almost keyst. KeystoneKapers is also the correct number of letters... However I couldn't figure out where toneKapers was hidden, so I dismissed it as a correct answer :-)
  6. Yeah, but I was going after the DVD burner cost :-), and how much could a blank betamax tape really cost... I mean common :-) Less than $2 I would imagine. :-) As for a professional DVD, remember you have to write the software for the flashy menus too :-)
  7. OK :-) This is going way back for me but let me see if I can remember?? A BS2 is a chip that can has 2k of programmable memory for writing simple BASIC program that will work with the 20 I/O pins on the chip. So you'd have to design a circuit to get the audio frequencies converted to a digital format, then you could pass the digital format to the BS2, which (using your basic program) would decode the SuperCharger data format, to a regular data format and store the rom data into a 4k memory chip, then that memory chip has to be connected to a cartridge board of some sort so the address lines and ouput lines all match up. The output will most likely have to be run through a hex inverter before returning the Atari. So a simple overview would look like this. Get Audio Data From CD Player: Convert Audio to Digital Format Pass Digital Format to BS2 Write BS2 Software to convert data and write to memory And as long as the memory chip's pins are already wired to the cartridge PCB correctly, nothing else needs to be done... Except..... You'll need a ROM of some sort to hold the screen data for a "Play Audio Now" screen of some sort, and as another function of the BS2 you could just switch between the ROM and the Memory data to start the game. Good luck to you :-) And this made sense at 3:00 AM, so lets see how it looks after some sleep, and I may have to edit it :-)
  8. And so it has, I would try it anyway, as the goods purchased were not guaranteed to be shiped within 30 days as the seller had to purchase parts and assemble the item purchased, so you as the buyer could not file a complaint within the 30 day period. It's better to try than not to try.
  9. I don't think so, my despute, when reported was a little less than 90 days old. It may have changed however.
  10. Holy crap lol :-) Well here we go again :-)
  11. ALL If you paid through PayPal, you can get your money back. Issue a complaint to PayPal that he never delivered the goods. PayPal will send him an email asking for him to explain, if he does not reply, or tell PayPal he will deliver the goods, they will refund you the money. All PayPal purchases are insured, I got $500 back from a bogus E-Bay buy that was just like this. If you didn't PayPal... good luck to you :-)
  12. Game's too hard :-) I don't have a memory like that!!!! :-)
  13. Game's too hard :-) I don't have a memory like that!!!! :-)
  14. I just use betamax :-) Smaller lighter tapes, and cheaper than DVD-R Common!!!! We all still play 2600??? Why not retro video :-) lol I vote remastered in betamax.

  21. Speaking of colecovision, I used to be kick ass at Cabage Patch Kids, want to come out to sunny CA and watch me whoop it again :-)
  22. Ron's been letting me use the record AVI feature of PCAE for submissions, you could use that. Or, if you need to do it on the real thing, which for some games you need to, Video tape it and mail it in. The twin galaxies website will usually post when their next event is.
  23. #1 Apparently Warsaw wanted reset disabled if you beat the game, keep your pesky older siblings from resetting it before you show your mom :-) #2 The JMP could exist due to the game's bankswitching routine. There is a $FFFC/D in each bank, so if the game is booted in the wrong bank to start, it may have to jump back to bank 0 and then jump to the init screen. Also in the above example... why wouldn't you want to jump back to your initialization rutine on a reset? The ruitine is clearing RAM out for a new game, so I can see a good reason to jump back to it on a switch reset.
  24. Oh MAN!!!!! That is the best yet... I LOVE!!! The matrix/pitfall/bezerk thingy oh man, gotta watch that again... lol!
  25. Well I give up, I figured out all the carts but 3... whoever gets this, post the game list so I can see what I missed... Guess: Megamania
