I find Sailor Moon to be unintentionally creepy for some reason. Espescially the Sailor Says PSA. Bleach is absolutely terrible. Never watch it, there's no point.
The Sailor Says PSA was shoehorned in by DiC for the English Dub due to regulations on childrens TV programming. Watch the Japanese version with English Subs.
