Thanks for the price checks guys! I'm suprised about the 2600 Jr, I paid 40 bucks for it and I got most of my games for either very cheap or free Alright, well obviously I would give people here on AtariAge here dibs before eBay, but again, not for sale yet, I just need the boxes and tape, which I will buy sometime in the near future...

Alright, bad news. I have simply TOO MUCH HARDWARE. 7 consoles, not one of them has more than 20 games. I need to sell some consoles so I can focus on my favorite 3 retro consoles. Dreamcast, NES, and SNES. (Vic-20 is in there too ) I need a price check on the following consoles: Sega Saturn (Round button): Includes: One official Model 2 controller, one third party. 7 games. Nights into Dreams, The NiGHTS sampler, the JP Christmas import, Simcityh 2000, and the 3 pack in games, Virtua Cop, Virtua Fighter 2, and Daytona USA. I also have a gameshark. In perfect working order and all hook-ups. And the console, but hopefully that was implied Sega Genesis (Model 1, non-HI DEF version): Includes: Console, one six button controller, not the RF box, but the alternate method. A gold plated AV wire with converter to make it RF compatable. AKA the way most Atari 2600's are hooked up. And some games. Sonic and Knuckles (Not for resale), Sonic 2, and Rocket Knight Adventures. All hookups, minus the RF adapter but included is the alternate method. Atari 2600 Jr. Includes: The console itself, the same hookups as the Genesis, but the adapter is not gold plated. Includes one joystick, the Zykkkor deluxe controller, and some games. The games are: The empire strikes back, Venture, Atlantis, Demon Attack, Star Voyager, Sneak n' peek, Kaboom!, Boxing, one XonoX double ender with a semi torn label, the Ghost Manor and Artillery Duel one, Yars Revenge, Combat (Made in taiwan? Very nice label), Breakaway IV, Missle Command, Haunted House, Adventure (someone torn end label), Super Breakout, Realsports football, Pac-man, Asteroids, Space invaders (no end label), the power supply, and a pair of paddles. What would this all be worth? I would hate to eBay it, I'm sure someone here could want this stuff. Not officially for sale yet, just an option.

I see you're not quite familiar with Zwackery's particular style of posting. For the record, we are just messing with you. I know, this wasn't an impersonation of Zwackery. It was just for anyone who just so happen to spell like that. I guess it wasn't needed. But when I see people poking at something I already know about, I get mad. I'm sorry and all. (I knew you were joking, by the way.)

Megaman 9 and 10. Keep in mind, Megaman 10 is hard. I have not beaten it on normal, even with Bass, I'm only like halfway through normal with MegaMan with somewhere around 3 hours.

Trust me guys, I'm not stupid. I am fully aware of the Search function, but I wanted some 'updated' recommendations. So to speak, recommendations chance over time. If anyone tells me to 'use serch nxt tme u nub lol' They will feel my wrath in a Grammar Nazi Attack and also be told off. Many of you know I have been here for about a year, I know how it works. Thanks for the recommendations, screw off if you say 'wtf wat a loser there are over 9000(!) of these thrds'. I am just saying I already know. Kay? So thanks. Later.

Today at a local junk shop conveniently named 'Junk Shop' I picked up a Mattel Electronics Auto Race game from 1976 (as the back says). It was for 5 bucks and seeing a fully functional, undamaged game from the 70's, I think it's a cool find! A new addition is greatly appreciated in my humble collection ^_^ This is what I'm talking about: [Mine is probably in the same condition as this one] -
Megaman 1-6 (I only own 1-3 but the MegaMan series is pretty awesome ) Final Fantasy - I am not much of a RPG guy, but you may enjoy it. Only games I can recommend firsthand, I only own six games ^_^'

I prefer first-person shooters. Some are Driven by story line, some are a kinda 'half-story' where its mostly action or moving, a little bit of movies. And then there are the games look Quake 3 Areana and DOOM. No story, just shoot. I don't care, i play all types of games, FPS or not, but i enjoy the second choice the most.

Well, the new Call of Duty: Black Ops is coming out tomorrow. I have to ask you all some questions. 1. Did you pre-order it? 2. Do you have a previous CoD game? Will you continue to play it? (Multiplayer, as campaign gets boring after you beat it a couple of times, because then you know what happens!) 3. Do you think it will fail or make a good seller? I mean Treyarch HAS made some not-so-great games in the past, but this one looks killer. Other than that, just discuss! Well I for one pre-ordered the game. I own Call of Duty 4 and 6, and I have to say this, after I get a new call of duty, the other one collects dust. I mean, I really play CoD for the multiplayer, and the campaign, but not as much. So if the multiplayer got upgraded, I would normally play the newer game. And I personally think this game will be good, they ARE jumping OUT of the WW2 era and into the Cold and Vietnam wars. I think this game will be pretty awesome! And you guys?

The Super Mario Series. Super Mario Bros, for NES, eh , it was good. Super Mario Bros 2 (JP) HOLY MOTHER OF LORD GREATEST GAME EVER,(Exaggeration) PERFECT! I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT! Super Mario Bros 2 (US) ... Wow... Super Marios Bros 3 Eh, fine, not anything new though, minus the new 'suits' Go ahead, call me a Sega Fanboy, I do enjoy the NES more than any other of my classic systems though.

WOOT! I finally got it online, and now I feel like saying something. 1. I suck at Quake 3 Arena. I just do. Next. 2. The way I do it, I can't use the SA1 browser and the SA2 servers have been down forever. 3. To learn how to do it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQaMoZOx8fc 4. Enjoy!

Why a lot developers regard the DS as a toy?
Frizo replied to jeremysart's topic in Modern Console Discussion
Because it is. No REAL games. OH LOOK A VIRTUAL DOG. OH LOOK, A MINIGAME COLLECTION. OH LOOK, A STORE FILLED WITH MORE MINIGAMES. Compared to PSP, actual games. I am no Sony Fanboy, I dislike them. They killed SEGA. But Nintendo is a second to me, but it is the truth. -
A Question for you gamer collectors here
Frizo replied to carmel_andrews's topic in Show Us Your Collection!
Do you actually play with your games in your collection, if so, what percentage of your collection do you play with) Yes. But I do have some consoles with no love, that just sit there (mostly for lack of space OR games, these are: SNES (no games, good ones at least) Vic-20 (same problem) Sega Saturn (No space :'( )Atari 2600 (AGAIN NO SPACE, ARGHHH) A Radioshack tv scoreboard (again, no freaking space). I need a bigger tv stand :'(. Do you collect more then you game Not really, I don't go out and buy games much. do you play more then you collect YES. And what is the Price differential between what you paid for what's in your collection, then, with the present valuation of your collection (incl. rares/proto's etc) Eh, probably somewhere around 500. Mostly for the consoles, but my SA2 Birthday pack is the most expensive game at a whooping 50$ *GASP* -
Quake 3 Areana (YOU NEED TO HAVE INTERNET, there are still people playing online: How to hook up Dreamcast to Interwebz ) And Sonic Adventure 1 + 2 (Again, the DLC is still up (at least for SA1)) LASTLY Phantasy Star Online (either version) (AGAIN ONLINE IS A MUST) I really love the fact now that my DC is on the interwebs

Where are the best places to purchase japan games online?
Frizo replied to Crazy Climber's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Gamebaz.com I can personally recommend them as they are how I got my hands on a Sonic Adventure 2 10th anniversary birthday edition. They have a whole load of stuff for a LOT of systems. They sell systems too. And accessories. Oh, and games.
