  1. I've got two Coleco ADAM auctions going right now. Everything is tested and working. I split the Printer/Power supply from the Memory Unit, so if you need to complete your ADAM, now is your chance. Everything is No Reserve, with low starting prices. The first auction is for the ADAM Printer/Power Supply. This unit even still has a working ink cartridge! (Tested on the ADAM's word processing program.) eBay Auction -- Item Number: 260619072668 The other auction is a large lot of ADAM goodies: the ADAM Computer memory unit, a keyboard, two controllers, a few rare ADAM-related books, and 9 games. Includes some valuable games such as Dam Busters and TimePilot. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 260619071904
  2. It's a Cartridge.. It says "TimePilot for Colecovision Adam Family Computer System" on the label.
  3. I recently acquired a Coleco Adam Family Computer System locally. I really like it, but I just don't have the room for it. I've tested it, and it the system and printer both work perfectly. The ink ribbon in the printer is still good. I've also tested every key on the keyboard, and they all work. Here's whats included in the package: ADAM Computer System ADAM Printer with Ink ADAM Keyboard 2 Controllers Power and Video cables 9 Games: Dam Busters - Adam version TimePilot - Adam version Looping - Cart and Instructions Ladybug Gorf Zaxxon Super Action Baseball - Cart and Instructions Donkey Kong (x2) Documentation / Extras: ADAM Set-Up Manual ADAM Word Processing Programming Manual - Revised Edition ADAM SmartWRITER Easy Reference Guide ADAM Super Game Pack Buck Rogers Manual ADAM SmartBASIC - Programming With ADAM - A Simple Guide to SmartBASIC Book: Things to Do With Your Coleco Adam Computer - By Jerry Willis, Merl Miller, & Cleborne D. Maddux Book: Using and Programming the ADAM Including Ready-To-Run Programs - By Timothy Orr Knight Sticker - Coleco ADAM Canada Service Phone Number sticker - still on backing I'm asking $100 for everything. Shipping charges will be actual. I can provide pictures upon request. I also have two extra Adam keyboards, tested and working perfectly. Asking $35 each, or $60 for the pair, plus actual shipping. If you're looking for feedback, I have feedback on nintendoage.com under the same username.
  4. Well, after I printed something, I tried spinning the platen knob again, and it worked perfectly. I have no idea why it was acting like that. Anyways, thanks for the help, guys.
  5. That's harsh... does the Platen Knob on the right-hand side of your printer turn freely when you try to spin it? I'm wondering if it is supposed to spin at all... It's strange that my platen knob won't turn, but the paper feeds through when I press Enter on the keyboard.
  6. It turns out that I was just kind of overreacting - it was just the normal noises the printer makes when starting up. The printer works perfectly, I just wrote some stuff on a piece of paper- there's even still ink in the machine! However, I just realized that I can't turn the "Platen knob" that feeds the paper into the machine. Why would this be? It kind of sucks having to feed the paper in by hand before I start writing.
  7. I've searched AtariAge, DigitPress, and the rest of the internet, and I can't seem to find any information on this. I just powered up my recently purchased Coleco Adam for the first time. When I powered it on, the part that moves on the printer (I don't know what it's called) slid all the way to the left and started jamming and clicking. Now, every time I power on the computer, the "part that moves" tries to slide, jams and clicks, and makes a pretty terrible noise. I'm afraid to plug in the keyboard until I get this printer issue fixed. What is up with my printer? How can I resolve this issue?
  8. Holy guacamole. I can't wait to see what the final bid is on this one! Personally, I wouldn't open it...
  9. Update: First post edited to reflect several things which have been sold. Everything in the first post is still available, unless otherwise noted!
  10. Hi everyone; Long time reader, first time poster. I've got some stuff for sale, I was about to post it all on Ebay, but I figured I'd give you guys first dibs. I can accept payment via PayPal. Prices do not include Shipping. Here's what I have: -Nintendo Wii, which includes the power cable, A/V cables, and sensor bar. Sensor bar is tested and works perfectly. It powers on and works great, but it gets the "Disc Read Error" when you insert a disk. It may need a replacement drive, or it just might need cleaning... Finding out is half the fun. $110 SOLD. -Nintendo DS Phat. It's red colored, and the paint on the outside of the case could definitely use some sprucing up. It doesn't have a battery, so I have no idea if it works, and have no way to test. $25 SOLD -Nintedo NES. Includes the console, 2 controllers, Power cable, and RF cable. I recently replaced the 72-pin connector with one that I cleaned and repaired. Works great, no blinking screen. Comes with a copy of SMB/Duck Hunt. $35 -Super Nintendos. I have 2 consoles here, but I have no cables to test them. They are cosmetically in very good condition. $15 One has been SOLD.. One is still left. -Sega Genesis. There's two Sega Genesis 2's, and one Genesis 1. The two genesis 2s both work, but require pressure on the power cable to keep power going. No cables. $10 Each -Atari 2600s. There's two consoles, one of them being the woodgrain style and one is the "Vader" style. I'll probably keep the Vader console unless I get an offer I can't refuse, but the woodgrain one is up for grabs. Both the consoles have been cleaned, work great, and come with all cables. I also have a large number of Atari joysticks and paddles. The joysticks/paddles have been tested and they all work great! $30 for the woodgrain console. Offers on the Vader console are accepted. $5 Per Joystick or Paddle. Two First party Josticks and One set of Paddles have been SOLD -Sega Game Gear. Tested and will power up with an AC Adapter (not included). Doesn't power up with batteries. Screen is broken, but I can tell from the sound that the game is playing. Includes a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. $10 -Interact V4 Force Feedback PC Racing Wheel. Includes the wheel, pedals, and power adapter. It is in great condition, and I've tested it on Need For Speed 3 and it works like a charm. Very realistic force feedback action. If I were more of a PC gamer, I would definitely keep it because it's the best force feedback wheel I've ever used. $50 And last but not least... -Pogs!!! I'm talking factory sealed, mint condition official Pog Brand pog packs, circa 1994! I have literally hundreds of packs, of which I have Pogpourri (7 Pogs and a Slammer), Classics (7 pogs, the fuzzy one with staples) and PogKinis (1 Regular thick Slammer and 1 Double thick slammer) Throw back to the 90's, even if half the people on the boards are too young to remember these! Discounts can be negotiated on large amounts. $3 per pack Or 2 packs for $5. BTW, the items are located in Canada, but I will ship to wherever. Also, just so we're all on the same page, I'm talking US Dollars to keep the exchange rate factor to a minimum. Thanks for looking.
