  1. Good choice atari2600land, fantastic Pacman game, right up there with the NES and 2600 versions.
  2. Awsome, in every way possible...
  3. I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry, well I'm not, cos I did'ent have anything to do with it. Sorry Poopopyo!
  4. @Frizo I don't agree, and bare in mind the 2600 in 2k, and was releaced in 1977, can you really say the graphics in Karate were worse then Basic Math? And really the Fairchild Channel F could'ent handle a fighting game, no matter how bad the graphics are. How is the graphics or gameplay for the matter in Karate worse then other 2600 games. And more to the point I liked it, you did'ent, let's call a truce there's no need to argue!
  5. It's good to know that there are people apart from myself, who have given this game a try and enjoyed it. As it is a fun, satisfiying fighting game and is worth picking up if you have a 2600. No jokeing!
  6. Am I the only Person who likes Karate on the 2600? I mean I'm a sucker for Checkered Flag on the Jag and Kabuki Warriors on the Xbox, but who cares, I don't belive the critcs I belive the consumer, and I think both those games are awsome, but sadly half of the 6 and a half billion gamers in the world belive the critcs before giving games a chance for themselves... Anyway more to the point this question is for my good pals here at Atariage, who DO try games out for themselves, and don't belive everything the critcs say, and Karate dos'ent seem to be very popular, for a start being a 1983 fighting game, it was one of if not the first true fighting game on a home console, and more to the point I belive it is a cracking game, anyone else agree with me, anyone?
  7. Why the hell is 3D Tic Tac Toe on there, THAT GAME WAS AWSOME! I'm quite suprized with the number though, 55 games worse then E.T, were're talking the entire Jag libary here!
  8. Know as much as I love Atariage, don't get me wrong, I love it here at Atariage, you guys are great, Atariage have slipped up with there featured did you know?... It said that the Atari 7800 was not releaced until 1986, well in southern California it was relaced in June 1984 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atari_7800 so was accuatly relaced in 1984, however even Atariage makes mistakes, and no hard feelings what so ever. So to show a gesture of goodwill, I will spread wikilove through atariage, no hard feelings .
  9. You seriously need more Ataris, 2600 alone don't make you a true Atari fan. You may be a Atari fan, but frankly, you're not a true Atari fan.
  10. No, it was before it's time really, the 2600 could'ent do movie ties ins very well, the NES was the first console to really pull that off, had the 7800 been a sucsess, it could have aswell, but the 2600 was'ent really cut out for movie tie ins, E.T as a game is accuatly quite fun, in my opinion, the worst 2600 game is Basic Math, which IS abysmal.
  11. I love that system, I'm doing some wikipedia articles about it... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contr...ons/Mcjakeqcool cool huh?
  12. PONG COCKTAIL TABLE?! How awsome! Gotta get one in my crib.
  13. HOW AWSOME! Need to get myself one.
  14. Amstrad GX4000, is a awsome system, the main problem with playing a pal console on a ntsc tv however, as with CD32, ZX Spectrum 128, and C64GS is that it will only play in b&w, however if you type in eBay uk on you're google search engine, you may be able to have items imported over to the US.
  15. In all honestly, I think Atari's efforts get better by generation not worse.
  16. There are some wicked rpgs, but to me action wins by some margin, probally cos there are more action games overall then rpgs, just look at the 2600 libary, lol!
