Its gotten worse, after pulling it apart a second time and putting it back together, now I have lost power. Any one know of someone who can repair this??

I have reseated all of the sockets and looked over everything else put it back together and it still does the same thing. Is there anyone that can repair this?

I recently got my 800xl out of storage which it has been in since about 1992. After hooking it up I having a problem where I am getting sound but no picture. It keeps playing the pictures at a exhibition tune over and over in different pitches. I did see there was a similar post that recommended pulling out the chips and reinstalling them which I did but nothing changed. Any other ideas on what might be going on.
