Necro-bump I got in my hands a Atari 130XE for repair. It had a defective oscillator. In my case also I not seen the 4 large bars on bottom of memory test screen, in the self test mode. I tried what the post Nr 6 says (Rybags) with success. Then I tried to load T34-The Battle game with success also. Specific after the intro during loading a message "extra memory detected and used" appear and the rest of game load normally. Menu appear and after I choose the play option game start normally. @Rom Hunter I did it! I tried those also in Stella emulator. Stella recognized and named these except of two. 16 roms x 4KB.rar 32 roms x 2 KB.rar

Thowing a second look in pcb, this cartridge support 32 games of 2KB, and 16 games of 4KB. Whenever the switch marked as A16 goes high it return the control of the A11 of mask rom to Atari. So this can handle the last 16 games as 4KB roms. So we speak for 48 games total.

Multi game cartridge for the Atari 2600. Is marked in its upper decal as “Multi-Games” and it have 64 games. It have 6 switches and a 1Mbit mask rom of 28 pins. Below attached the rom content. A2600 Multi Games DUKE chk 8D1E.BIN

I haven't some fancy psu like usb etc, just the original by Atari. The only thing which changed is the monitor. I have a Philips tv/monitor with a native 640x480 IPS panel. But I think is incompatible with VBXE.

The same here on my Atari 1200XL installation! 🥺 Very weird! In the past it worked right! Now it have the right colors but a very snowy screen! I have try the sync from composite video either direct from cd4050, but with the same exact result! I have right clear screen from the stock composite video, if I remove the VBXE and restore the removed components... This is a PAL 1200XL using the GTIA PAL adapter form Dropcheck.
