Unfortunately DIL type socket simple either gold plated with the eprom on-board, does not allow the enclosure to close. The clearance between PCB and upper lid is lower from those. -

@grips03 I saw once more carefully the picture from your cartridge inside, and try to understand what is so strange with this? Special Atari cart shell?? @gorfcadet Someone should catch a camera and make a video. One of the tricks. Stay on a place, and kick all the time. Enemies behind you will never touch you. A major update it would be a new combination between the joy and buttons. -

@adam242 On 800XL yes, but not on 1200XL! As usual those enclosures fits OK to XE and XL line, except the 1200. @vazquezrick Some minor, but take a look at the first post here. -

Two friendly advises as for the hot glue. Buy not the usual cheap one, but this who after melt is like gum. Before you glue -for example- this micro switch on the shell, prepare both surfaces roughen them with a dremel tool. Thickness of cap is 6 millimeters. -
Hello to all. Because of repeatable questions from members via p.m, I start this topic to check the public interest for one small round of 5 in 1 OSS cartridges. Some minor improvements. The remake will have the same white color shell, but in newest form like the latest 4MB MegaCart module. (Not possible. Because of the smaller size of plastic shell, 7 segment display not fit correctly.) Updated @ 12/11/15 A new improved decal as in Activision Combo Cart, but with the same graphic subject as on the first batch. A Blue 7 segment display vs Green on the first batch. Will include the corrected/debug Action version by JAC! member here. Updated @ 12/11/15 To start something like this I need 10 prepaid pre-orders. Total cost for each including shipping, will be 55$. As usual registered with a track number till your doors. If some of you are interested, please declare it here, as to make it possible. Greetings Panos. http://atariage.com/forums/topic/209842-oss-5in1-super-proper-cartridge/ Update @ 9/10/15 5:06 local Update @ 9/10/15 15:26 local Preorder time has finished. All the parts to construct the devices, have now ordered. Update @ 8/11/15 22:31 local OSS CART INTEREST.pdf

I believe cause this switch is very distinctive, vs a toggle switch. At least in my eyes. Dimensions is 7L x 7W mm, with 16 mm height counting from its base. -

Few MORE words on the subject. Initially the PCB designed to have on board this little latch switch, on the back -solder- side. But at the end and after a careful look, I see cause was impossible even for me, to make an accurate hole on the plastic enclosure. This mainly due to the limitation of the plastic shell in relation to the PCB. The last one don't have a locking point on the back shell of enclosure. Therefore it was the only way to add a small twisted cable, with the switch at one end of this. Now someone can make a small hole using 6,5 mm drill, and place there from inside the micro switch with a little hot glue. Of course you must be very careful with the hot glue, not to come in contact with the stem of micro switch and destroy it. Believe me to make this alteration on 33 devices, take me some hours, because of super small switch. But I had no inclination to send you something that you could not ever finish. Not one moment! -
