  1. Yeah guys, that sounds like a good idea to take a picture and scan it. I'll see if I can use someones scanner. Its also a good idea to go to the factory and see if there is anything left over. It would be pretty kick ass to find a box full of smurf games or something. All kidding aside, I too believe it might hold something valuable to the gaming community. Coleco was origionally from connecticut, but try finding any product that says anything but Amsterdam NY on it. One more thing I forgot to mention. Has anyone ever heard of a prototype expansion module that would allow coleco players to play intellivision games on their system? I'm asking this because I know a guy who used to work at the factory who has one and I'm wondering how rare it is.

  2. I'm from Amsterdam, NY. This is the city where Coleco was based out of and all the products were manufatured. Look on the bottom of your Coleco products boys and girls. I just thought this was interesting because I won an expansion module #1 off of ebay and it came from Texas. When I got it i flipped it over and it said it was made in Amsterdam, NY.... How ironic. The huge factory building still has huge letters that say "COLECO" on the side, but it is now a wholesale beer store. Everyone in the city knows about Coleco. I must have about 50 cabbage patch dolls and so does everyone I know. Plus I know a bunch of people who did wierd sh*t like test the consoles and assemble them and what not. Well, I just thought some of you fanatics (like myself) would like to know stuff like that. Have fun with your Coleco products!! :)

  3. Since today is the day vice city comes out i just though all of us atari fans could dream of the possibility of having our own GTA. Anyone think it would be possible to program a GTA for jaguar, and what do you think it would look like....Common guys, use your imagination!!! :D

  4. I was trying to clean my 5200 joystick due to the fact that only like 2 of the nuemarical buttons work. I took it apart and much to my dismay it was a rev 8. But thats not hte big problem. When i took it apart the contacts came out from underneath the start pause and reset buttons and not i cant thread them all the way back under them. HOW DO I DO IT?? Also, how can i get those buttons working again once i do get the thing back together right. Thanks for the help
